Such poor service. My account has been suspended and I have been trying to get hold of the agent the whole day,trying to chat on live chat and it takes forever to be connected to someone who can actually assist only to be told that I should wait for tomorrow to be reconnected.
I need someone who will assist me with Sanlum..I have submitted cancellation form in April but still deducts in my account and Im struggling to get refunds for my premiums...
I have never been so frustrated like this..On the 17/04/2024 I have emailed Sunlam my cancellation form for the policies that their funeral advisor joined for me without my knowledge.The reason for cancelation its because we didnt agree with premium amount and he added people that are already covered because he was commision at my expense. Last month they have paid refund for the premiums but even this month those funeral policies keep on deducting...Sunlam please advise me what is the process of cancelling your policies,it seems like feeling in a cancelation form its not working..I dont afford your premiums..I DEMAND MY REFUND AND CANCEL ALL YOUR POLICIES...
Iam so dissapointed in Sunlam they way the handled my situation.In April 2024 I have discovered that Sunlam Sky representative joined several funeral policies in my name without my knowledge..I have reported the matter to Sunlam and the promised to refund me the money that they took in my account without my permission but still today I have not recieve my money back...Please becareful when joining funeral policies from Sanlum they are ****mers
I have app**** to join a funeral policy and we agreed that R420 will be deducted in my persal for my policies..I have recieved my payslip today with 3 different policies that I dont know..I have tried several times to call but everytime they cut me off in the call center.I would like to know why am I paying for policies that I did not sign for?
I have a saving Aspire Account with FNB since 2021..I have been using my card recently I have a expirienced a lot of unpaid item which charge R135..I have asked for a proper explanation as what could be the cause but with failed,went to the branch who advised make a call but still no explaination..Every transaction I make the next morning I will recieve an unpaid item of R135 which add up to R720 in a space of 2weeks..
