A bunch of absolute ****mers!!! They phoned me to introduce their services, I said I was interested, they asked for my relevant details, they said they would send through documents for me to sign and the process will only start once I've signed those documents. I never did....at the end of the money R1350 went off of my account. I phoned my bank to try reverse it, they told me they can't I must phone them. I did, they told me I didn't cancel and its non-refundable....how can I cancel something I didn't sign up for???? I was told that a verbal agreement supersedes a written document which is utter BS!!! Don't use this company, they will **** you
They got me to pay R150 and was told the money will be put into my account, it has been almost 2 weeks and every time I follow up, they ask me to send the same documents through and tell me "someone will contact me"....they never do! They are a bunch of **** artists!!
To say that I am FUUUUUMING is an understatement!! I was double debited for my credit card in November and now again yesterday! I took a screenshot, I phoned FNB and spent more than an hour being transferred from pillar to post! To say that their staff are incompetent is an understatement, everyone is telling me it only went off once but on my side it showed twice! Furthermore, the funds haven’t even been cleared into my account and nobody can tell me why, I was told my account is sitting in arrears because I haven’t paid my credit card however it has gone off TWICE! I spoke to a horrendous consultant who, when I asked to speak to a Team Leader was told “why would a team leader listen to this” and when when I asked her to transfer me through as I had been advised to speak to a Team Leader I was ignored and when I said “hello?” I was told “there’s no need to rush me!” Please tell me why I have both my personal and business banking, where I pay over R1k in banking fees, am a loyal client of FNB, had my account for close to 20 year late to be treated with such disrespect!!! Over an hour wasted to be told I must send an email WHICH NOBODY HAS REPLIED TO!!!! 🤬 I then go onto my app to to see if the money has cleared into my credit card only to see they took the same amount off of my credit card so that’s THREE times now and labelled it “account update”. Clearly FNB have become greedy and no longer care for their clients!! I had requested in my email to have a manager call me before close of business (yes I know I sound like a Karen!) and GUESS WHAT!? YIP, they couldn’t even care enough to do that! Thanks FNB it’s great to know we can put our faith in you to look after our money…it’s safe to say I’m pulling my business from FNB!!!
