Hi MTN. Could you please reply to my direct message on Instagram. This is becoming very frustrating.
So I am trying to get a hold of the company and it seems impossible to do so. My parcel has been in transit for over 44 days. The date of arrival was first the 12th of Jan and has been changed now each day up until the 23rd. Now I’m not even getting updates anymore. Can this company please contact me because this is becoming unacceptable
I am so pleased to be writing this review about Vodacom - Menlyn Maine. Yesterday I went into the store and was assisted by Vincent Tlou. I cannot explain to you how helpful he was. I have often tried to figure it out myself online or through a call but he provided the best service I have ever had at any Vodacom store. I went in to sort out my upgrade and I have struggled so much in past experiences. I had a few questions and he explained them so well and had everything ready for me in 5 minutes. Not to mention, he was very professional and the store was extremely hygienic with everything going on. Thank you very much.
I just have to mention that I am so happy with the service MotherkindCo has provided for and to me. Each time I order a product, it arrives either the next day or within two days and I have no words for such amazing service! I just want to say thank you so much to the brand for being so timely and professional.
I recently needed to take my 4 month old Golden Retriever to the vet for a gastric infection she had. Everything that needed to be done at her consultation reached almost R2000.00 and we had recently been at the vet for her vaccination so that was another vet bill. I put the claim into Dotsure and within 1 hour, I had a response and complete indication and breakdown of the claim whereby they also let me know they would be paying me back the full amount. I am SO thankful for what this insurance company is doing for both my bank account and safety of my new dog. I am on the superior plan and couldn't be happier :)
I am going to be a first-time dog owner and had a ton of questions I needed to be answered and had to make sure I chose the best plan to cover my pup on the way. When I called into Dotsure, Bernard van Biljon assisted me and was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I have such a clear understanding now and feel very at ease will all the amounts going off and specific dates. Thank you very much for all the help and I look forward to having Dotsure as my pet insurance company.
<p>I am so disgusted with MTN and their phone service. I have called over 7 times within the past 10 days because absolutely no one has done what they said they have. All I wanted was to cancel my upgrade to enable me to complete it Instore and change my phone selection. I was told to wait 24hours for reflection. Then called again, waited 2 days, called again and it's been 10 days. I am so so frustrated. It has all been lies from every single employee. Not a single employee cancelled the contract like I asked ??? </p>
