Orders are incomplete, there is lack of attention to detail from staff at Banbury Crossing. Got an incomplete order twice in one occasion. Ordered from MrD and received an incorrect and incomplete order. After then going to the restaurant to let them know my order was not correct and complete, they "fixed" it and told me it was all good. Went home, only to find the order was incomplete again! I called, and was told I left the other item on the counter. But I didn't see this on the counter and this item is always inside the order bag. So why was it supposedly outside the stapled order bag and not inside? It was just an excuse after realizing they gave me an incomplete order for the second time.
Does the cancellations department even exist? I’ve called about 10 times to cancel my insurance and every time I’m put through to that department, no one ever answers. I have spent about R400 airtime waiting for the cancellation department but no one ever answers and after waiting hours, they drop my calls! Been told they would call me back but no one ever does! It’s been 3 weeks trying to get through and still haven’t been able to. What a useless department!
I was at PostNet Midrand in San Ridge today printing some documents for a job offer I had gotten of which I needed to submit my documents today. I had googled the closing time prior to going to the shop. I got there at 17:07 of which the shop is said to close at 17:30. Printed my documents, then filled them in at the shop as I needed to scan them back today. At 17:15, one lady closed the door to the shop - not allowing anyone else to enter. I started filling in my documents at 17:18, as I had read them electronically, and I needed to just complete them. At 17:25, I was told the shop would close soon and I needed to finish up, of which I replied that I was almost done. I was done at 17:32 and by that time, they had already put the lights out and I was told they had switched off the machines and I would have to come back tomorrow. I am not understanding what it means to say the shop closes at 17:30, in my understanding, that is when the DOORS CLOSE - so the closing times definitely need to be adjusted to 17:20 on the website. And to think that I was done completing my forms and I just needed to scan at 17:32 - which is JUST TWO MINUTES after the supposed closing time? And I was completing these forms inside the shop, but none of the stuff members could wait TWO MINUTES to service a customer that was already inside the shop way before the supposed closing time? And I am a regular at that PostNet but it seems like customer service does not matter after 5 o'clock at PostNet Midrand in San Ridge! I am so disappointed - never going there ever again.
I have been calling ADT since the beginning of the year requesting them to change the date of my debit order since I changed jobs and no longer get paid on the same date. I have literally called over five times and still to date it hasn't been changed. I was first told to send an email to some address stating I wanted it changed but nothing. The only thing I get from the call centre are agents telling me they can't change the date but can only forward my request to someone. But I don't know whether whoever they forward to gets the emails and just ignore them!!!! Literally since beginning of the year and nothing happens!!! This is affecting my credit record as the debit order bounces but no one seems to care at ADT!!! Why have debit order date options for customers if you are going to ignore their requests they need dates to be changed???!!
<p>I bought a couch from Rochester last month and after fighting for it to be delivered, it was finally delivered but we were not happy with the fit (as we also found out we could have received it to our specification without the lead time we were informed of during the purchase). We then went to the store the following day of delivery to let them know and we were told it would be take and we would get what we wanted. But till this day, it has been back and forth with me always making calls to the branch because no one EVER calls to give us an update. When I call I talk to different people who always give me different answers and they always promise to call back but never do. I am all out of energy of trying to sort this out as I even called customer service at one point as I am not getting anywhere with the branch. But as I bought the couch there (at the branch), they tried to connect me with the branch of which I'm still going around in circles needing help for a couch I paid cash for. The only thing I ever get seem to be empty promises of call backs which never happen! I'm literally at a point where I don't want this couch anymore as I've had enough. We have never used it, as we have been having hopes that it was going to be taken back. I really don't know what it will take for some real assistance and not empty promises!</p>
