FNB repeatedly ignored my closure request; reverse all charges immediately.
I have been trying to get hold of Mweb support for two weeks. Everytime I phone I hold for more than ten minutes using all my airtime without success. As a paying customer I expect better than this. I have been trying to sort out my account and new order. They are quick to take your money but not so when you need help. I've now considered cancelling my fibre order to go with another SP. Online assistance is non-existent.
<p>CCD received my new FNB bank card on 25/05/2017 (received SMS confirmation). They confirmed that delivery will take place on 31/05/2017 between 08:00 and 10:00 (received SMS confirmation). I was informed to have my ID ready for delivery on 31/05/2017 between 08:00 and 10:00 (received SMS confirmation). On Wednesday 31/05/2017, the day of supposed delivery, I received and SMS and telephone call indicating that "CCD aer experiencing delays (received SMS confirmation).</p> <p> </p> <p>On Thursday 01/06/2017 I phoned CCD to find out what the delay was and when delivery will take place. In total I phoned about 10 times. Every time the phone was picked up after ringing for about 5 minutes and the call dropped immediately. On 02/06/2017 I tried again with the same result.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is my FNB bank card and what is going on with CCD not answering their phones? I smell a rat.</p>

<p>I have a serious complaint about the complete lack of proper and professional service from the N1 City Clicks Dispensary. For almost a year now I have been struggling to get my script loaded and dispensed correctly. All attempts by myself to resolve this with Priscilla Valloo has failed. All I get is excuses and a complete runaround. My health is important to me and I expect to be treated with the respect I deserve. The staff turnover at the N1 City Clicks dispensary is shocking. Every time I go to the pharmacy there is a different person or locum. I need this to be addressed and solved to my satisfaction.</p>
