Most unprofessional service we’ve ever received. DO NOT have a function or wedding at Benguela. They went back on terms agreed upon at booking, then when we questioned this and provided proof, they just cancelled our wedding. All this 5 months before the wedding date. Above was also done in the most unprofessional manner via email, without escalating to appropriate seniors. The fact that they cancelled our special day, due to something they refused to adhere to, and giving up the entire event due to small change, are beyond us. This has causes sleepless nights and extra effort/expenses to try find new venue without losing our already paid for vendors. Very disappointed.
<p>Since 5 May 2017, Vodacom has been locking my phone/sim everyday due to a credit limit being reached. I am on a Top Up Contract and it is impossible to reach a limit. I am a medical doctor and colleagues have been unable to reach me in hospital due to this. </p> <p>I have been calling everyday, for 14 days to try and solve this problem. 2 or 3 service requests have been activated, but the same story that it has been solved or that someone is looking at it is being told. My phone still keeps on locking everyday.</p> <p>On trying to solve this, I have tried phoning different departments but no one can help me. Upon trying to escalate the issue, staff tell me I can't because a dealer needs to.phone. I work shifts and cannot just get to a dealer during office hours.</p> <p>This is getting ridiculous. I need to fix this!</p>
