I app**** for a second credit card that was initially declined but it was referred and than it was approved by higher management. But after that the process has now been stuck. It has been stuck by the verification department which doesn’t make sense as I am an existing Private Banking Client with a Private Banking Credit Card and Also a Private Banking Account that was opened just a few months ago without any problems. So why is verification now holding up this application. The lady who helped me with this application is sending following up emails to that department but they are not responding to her or het manager. I even logged a complaint. They didn’t even communicate with me what they want.
I am a Signature Account holder which is their Private Banking account. I app**** for credit but declined after a horrible process of trying to get to someone to speak to to ask them to just try and motivate my application they didn’t even want to try despite the fact that I have a high disposable income, I don’t have a lot of debt I actually only have one credit card which is why my score is low. All the things on my record shows closed and nothing shows missed payments. They have a issue with one thing it wasn’t me who owed money the recovery place owed me money so they only paid it back last year but the report shows that they were paid of in 2022 by me. No effort or compassion to try and help. And unfortunately I do need help as I am busy with building and the previous builder DHM construction stole over R800 000 of my funds.
This was probably the best experience in buying a car. When I got there I was offered something to drink, the Bmw M5 had been parked and staged extremely well. The whole team came together along with Daphney who was my sales lady and put on a show with music and dancing. I also received a very nice gift bag. The dealership is next level and every car standing there is unique. Friendly staff and a lot of effort is put into making the experience feeling like your a VIP client.
This dealership is a waste of time, the sales person Mohammed is the rudest person I have ever had the extreme unfortunate bad luck of talking too. I committed the horrible sin of requesting information on more than one car which Mohammed apparently hates. I wanted basic information like a few photos and a video of how the car sounds because I wanted to compare the cares i was interested in. But the rude salesman sent me a WhatsApp telling me to stop wasting their time and that im not a real client and he basically said I am n ****mer. So I told him to go to…. By the way I ended up purchasing a Bmw M5 Competition 2018 for R1 050 000.00 from another quality and 5 star dealership. So i guess the only **** is your judgement.
Avoid at all costs, please do not make the worst mistake of your life by buying a car from bloemfontein motors you will be disappointed. I bought a Bmw x5 just about over two months ago. From day one it was a disappointment. The rubbers of the car doors were brittle and broken. The Aircon light almost never worked. The interior panels had scratches and small dents you could not see on the photos. The first time I drove the car on the long road the top up coolent message came up. Which I did and reset and not to long after that the message came up again and kept coming up I phoned BFN motors they told me to take the car to a workshop which I did. It turns out the EGR went and it also had other issues as well. No its costing me R17 000 to just get the first issue fixed. Even though I told BFN motors this was not acceptable as they supposedly serviced the car how could they not pick this up now I need to pay R17 000 for a repair on a car that was sold to me as a dud. I asked them to atleast pay for the repair but they couldn’t even do that. BFN motors apparently serviced the car before i got the car yet they didn’t pick up anything. The price of the car was also way overpriced especially considering the issues the car has. Do not do business with them because you will be left disappointed.
Awesome dealership with beautiful cars at good prices and Saki is a awesome sales agent. Definitely going to make use of Saki and the dealership again.
Incompetente at its best. I reserved a car Friday evening I paid the reserve fee and decided to go ahead with buying the car cash. I paid the cash immediately, however there was n problem with the car that was not mentioned on the report. I requested a refund to my bank account and the salesperson by the name of KJ Sebata said he made the payment to my account from their fnb account. Tuesday came and the money was not in my account instead it was in the we buy funds account which means he lied. Next he said the money will be in my account within half an hour when this did not happen and I questioned him he said he meant it will be in the we buy vars account which is yet another lie as the funds was already in the account. No I’m losing a good quality car because of this incompetence as I have yet to receive my money back. The agent is not giving me trustworthy feedback and there is no sense of urgency. He has given me different stories every time. Now he is doing it manually so now how ling must I wait. The branch is Germiston. Please dont ever trust or make use of we buy cars. I will post a complaint every hour untill my money is back in my account
How can one provider be filled with so much incompetent idiots and poor service. I requested a line on the 14th of January 2022. After creating ticket after ticket and emailing them countless times they finally updated my address to the correct address the next rhino I hear even though they made the mistake I must wait another 30days. So I said I can just as well cancel the service at this rate. So some bright spark decided to cancel my order thinking he was real cool in doing this. Please never make use of them they are horrible.
Mykonos Beach Hotel (the day I made the booking it showed under Langebaan South Africa along with other accommodation in South africa but when the money went of from my account without permission and I received the conformation email all of the sudden the location is Greece so Booking.com is at fault as your system had an error. 23 Dec 2021 untill 30 Dec 2021 I reya refund, but after a few days no feedback then I called booking.com and the guy tried calling the property and he also couldn’t reach the property he said he will send an email but nothing ever came back. I phoned booking.com again then this wise person told me The property declined my request and your agent said it was my fault. So hoe is it my fault that I search for accommodation in South Africa but your systems puts property located in greece between South Africa?? It is unethical and I will not leave this here. As you can see on the photos I will continue to weite a bad review everyday untill I receive my refund. And I have spoken to my lawyer and he daid I should make a case at my Police station which I will do.
⚠️ ⛔️ Warning ⛔️ ⚠️ Do NOT book at MYKONOS BEACH HOTEL please don’t get caught and lose all your money like I did. Also please do not use @bookingcom they are awful. I made the booking through Booking.com and I searched for accommodation in South Africa Langebaan as we have a club Mykonos here as well and all the property showed South Africa i made the reservation as it said I don’t have to pay noe but the next moment without my consent they debit my account for the full amount and I receive a confirmation email now all of the sudden the property is in greece. I requested a refund as we can’t even travel to Greece and because it was false advertising from Booking.com and @mykonosbeach__hotel because it showed South Africa. I received no response from the hotel or booking.com I emailed and phoned the hotel not once did they answer for 2 weeks. I phoned Booking.com they sasked me to hold while they try contacting the property bit to no surprise they also couldn’t get hold of the property after sbout 3 weeks of calling and emailing and posting complaints I received a email from this sarcastic snotty employee from Mykonos Beach Hotel telling me they will not give me a refund and it is my fault. So it is my fault that Booking.com and Mykonos Beach hotel are sccccamming people?? By providing fake advertising?? But I’m not going to leave it there snd just get ignored by a horrible hotel and weak Booking.com I will post this every day on all their posts snd I hsve heard I can make a fraud case at the Police station. Which I’m going to do this week.
