I am paying R6150 per month. I received a breakdown of the amount of R4100 being paid to my creditors. Where is the balance being paid? I requested a detailed breakdown on a statement from my creditors, the breakdown was sent to me in the body of a E Mail. How do I know that you are paying my creditors?
. I must reiterate about how disgusted and low I felt about the way your employee spoke and swore at me yesterday and swore my mother ( who has passed away in 2010) for no particular reason. I admit that I swore first as I was quite busy at work and that call must have been the 3rd or 4th call to me yesterday. I must apologise for that. Please listen to the recording and I expect feedback on the action that will be taken against Musa. Surely if you pride yourself of the Company that you work for and that you are trying to sell something you would not behave that way to a fellow potential client. I sent this e mail yesterday 09/06/2021 to Lerato the Team Leader. I have not had feedback as yet from her. I want action to be taken against Musa as he has no right to swear at me. I have the phone recording. I will rate them as no stars if I could.
Taking my money without my consent. I am currently under debt review and have been paying consistently towards my situation. I was not aware that my FNB CC was not been paid for or it is being paid to the incorrect account. This morning an amount or R8787.87 was deducted off my business account for my FNB CC and legal issues. Why didn't I receive a phone call from FNB as to why I am not making payments to the CC, I would have then queried the issue with the debt review company.
I incorrectly transferred an amount on the 27/09 to a public recipient (FNB Credit Card Legal) on my business profile. I should have transferred it to my business credit card. I sent through the proof of payment on the 28/09 @ 08:52am to the mail address collectionqueries ********** I have been in contact with them every day and they advised me it would take 3 working days. It is now the 05th day and I have had not one response from them only me calling them. Todays phone call went again the collections department who advised me that there is nothing they can do and they transferred me to the legal department. I was told that the consultants superior would call me and explain to me the process. Why was I told from the beginning that my funds would be transferred but now somebody will explain to me the process. Please FNB get your facts straight and I would like an answer today when I can receive my funds.
<p>My business account is and has been with FNB for over 30 years. I finanaced my home through FNB in 2011 although I had a better interets rate elsewhere I decdided to stay with FNB being the loyal person that I am. I applied for refinance due to personal reasosns a couple of weeks ago but it was declined due to my affordability. I advised the client excaclty my plan as to how I intend paying back the plan that I have place if I was granted the refinance but still I was declined and I feel as though I my application and reasoning was not taken seriously. My property is worth more than what I curretnly owe on the bond so I figured that FNB could give me a equity loan. I approached SAHL and needless to say the lady assusred me that they could help me as my property is worth more than what I curretnly owe. I am really dissaponited as I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I would like my application reviewed please.</p>
