Oh of only there as a option to have a 0 rating. I placed an order on the 11 November 2021 it’s now 11 February 2022. 3 MONTHS. I think the sad thing about this is that this company is not a scammer, they are just down right incompetent and should NOT be running a business if they can’t do a good job, I mean most of us would even be okay if they did an average job. But this is down right disgusting. I haven’t received a phone or email. I’m still waiting for the owner to phone me, I asked 2 months ago… What a joke of a ‘company’
I emailed WesBank on the 2nd of April, and have not received any feedback other than automated emails. I completely understand the delay due the Coronavirus. But I’m sure WesBank will agree waiting for a response for over a month is unacceptable service. Please will somebody contact me urgently.
