I paid for 3 years R699 for my wifi and not skip one month. When I needed a service from them just once I could not even get through to Vox. Send email - 3 months no respond. Call - 6 hrs and RRRR airtime , the call gets put down in my ear or transfer to othe department. Wattsapp - The case gets closed even without chatting with me. Or send me back to Main Menu. So please Ive cancelled 2 months ago and my Wifi is disconnected .I cannot sign up with another ISP until ive received the cancellation letter or confirmation letter .PLEASE DO URGENTLY PROVIDE ME WITH ONE .

Order a month in advance and made arrangements for two weeks ahead to be delivered before party .ALL Aranged with Lizelle Swart.</p> <p>- Delivery date came No Dress this was a month after order placed.</p> <p>- New date set - a week later - No Dress</p> <p>- Party came - No Dress - Very Disappointed ....</p> <p>- Month half Later still NO Dress ...</p> <p>- 2 Months Later - No Dress and Requested Refund ...</p> <p>- I was told payments are made only on Fridays with 2 working days waiting period and waited ...</p> <p>- NO Refund</p> <p>- 2 Months - 3rd Week - NO Dress and NO Refund !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Definetely not good for business ....Very Disappointing Experience ....LIZELLE SWART ...</p>
