Had a terrible experience with the online application process. After finally completing the form after being thrown out of the system three times, I received my card and sent through my needed documents to FNB only to never hear from them again. Waited two weeks for a response from them and finally to decided to go into the bank. The consultant was so rude and spoke to me like I was a little child, or spoke to my fiancé who accompanied me to the bank as if I would not understand her. I have heard only good things of FNB and thus decided to move there, but I think I will intrust in ABSA’s good service and close the FNB account.
The extensions are extremely dry and looks really bad. I put them in once and it looks so bad and fake. They also didn’t want to assist in getting the tight color and said I had to color it myself or they cannot help me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company, they will never see me again. This was a complete waste of time and money.
