Misrepresentation, customer exploitation and extremely dishonest.
If you were ever thinking of renting any sort of equipment from them, please, please think again and find another supplier. This company is extremely dishonest and they have a clear intention to misrepresent themselves and exploit their customers. When trying to address this with management, no one answers the phone and no one gets back to you. A salesman (Adrian Venter) approached me and asked if I would like to take over a contract from one of his other customers. He asked if I could try the machine out in my shop and perhaps it could be profitable. He clearly said it was a no risk deal because I could cancel at any time with 3 months notice should it not work out for me. A few months later I asked if I could cancel and they advised I would have to pay the entire remainder of the 36 months and I was threatened with legal action should I not pay that amount. I would be paying this amount even after they have collected the machine and the full amount was non negotiable. After numerous calls being sent from pillar to post, this is still not resolved and they just don’t care. Although the contract stated 36 months, it also has a 3 month cancellation notice period and their sales man advised me that it would be ok. Please think twice before dealing with company.

Terrible Customer service and no ethical behavior
<p>I registered as a meandyou moblie distributor, spent lots of money on sim cards and they just don't work. Their website doesnt work, they are aware of the problem and have been for a while but are still not prepared to refund my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part is I sold sim cards to a number of people and because the website doesnt work, my clients were not able to activate them or use them. After numerous phone calls and following up, they decided to just send my client a new sim card and just cut me out of the deal. I buy a sim card from them, sign a customer and when the sim card doesnt work, they just cut me out of the deal. This is unethical behaviour and I would advise anyone who is considering registering as a distributor to seriosly consider their options as dealing with such a company is very risky.</p> <p> </p>
