Your staff is rude, how is it that they always want to fight us when we request an extra tomato sauce packet. Your employees(cashier's) always tell us where to get off. I will get you names, I always experience the same issue to a point I have to request a manager. Secondly, the meat is hardly enough to last the 24hour service they render.
FNB has the worst service ever, i lost my phone. i had my app on the phone. Now i had to replace a phone and download the app. i cannot recall my login details, i been calling the bank to no prevail. they always hang up on me. Now this lady when i told her i ls t my phone on the call line, she decided to block my cards. now i don't have access to money, my debit orders are bouncing left right and Centre. i have o pay for the charges. i mam really furious as i type this.
The waitress was very welcoming and funny. I liked the ambience. They hire South Africans. I am going to back.
