Honestly the worst ISP experience ever. I ordered my WiFi almost two weeks ago now and I’m still sitting without WiFi. They refuse to give me any timelines and have starting charging me for a service they haven’t supp****. They said it would be prorated but I’m now sitting with no WiFi for the 2nd day I’ve paid for and the weekend is about to start. No one explains anything properly and the only instructions I received is a pamphlet with tiny black and red writing on a blue background so it’s impossible to read. I’m not a someone who battles with tech and this experience has bee awful. I can’t imagine how others who aren’t good with tech are handling this company. Also it’s not the actual fibre line. They came to activate the line a day after they were told to and the guy checked and confirmed the line is active. So this poor experience is sitting with Cool Ideas as the ISP.
I tried to move my line. I was confused about the 2 month cancellation process and having to pay for a whole extra month. I asked questions and got no replies. It has been two weeks of me sending emails and getting no responses. Yesterday they debited more than my monthly fee off of my account for no reason. My invoice and statement show no reason for this. Vox leaders are *******. Don’t trust this company.
The service itself seems fine but they sell your information. I am a new customer and a day after I signed the agreement I started getting spammed by calls. It is all day long every day morning and evening even outside of work hours. This is not right! I didn’t agree to have every car insurance possible phone me. I don’t understand why they are phoning me when I had insurance before I could even get the car.
They stole my money. I paid for collection or my device for repair and it’s been a week with collection. And no one is responding to my emails.
I bought an Overlocker and it doesn’t work the way Overlockes should. Overlockers are supposed to have speed control, all of them do. Yet the Brother one I bought doesn’t which means it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to due to poor quality or a fault. But takealot won’t refund me? It’s like not being able to change the volume on your TV. You either get super loud or mute. But this is speed control issues. And now Takealot refuses to refund me because I opened the box and tried to use it? How else would I know it’s faulty? Xray vision and seeing the future? This is completely ******* in terms of the consumer protection act and I will be getting lawyers involved if Takealot refuses to refund me accordion to my rights as a consumer. I will update this only if Takealot decides to be lawful.
I was a bit hesitant after reading a few reviews but am glad I took a chance. An incredible experience with great customer service. My order took four days to arrive over a weekend during festive season, the prices are good and Amanda was GREAT when I had a query. Clearly other bad reviews are the rarest of occasions and this business is top class!
I made the stupid mistake of not reading these reviews first! Horrific service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged R400 to walk in an tell me a part needed to be ordered. They were then radio silent for two weeks. I called and emailed multiple times but got nothing. On one call the guy told me the part had been ordered but no other info. I finally got an email with a quote. Then the. Asked me to pay a deposit!! Like I would be stupid enough to pay a deposit knowing full well I will be ghosted again and would never see the money again. All I want is my R400 back.
Terrible service. I enquired on a few properties with them. I sent an email asking "is it pet friendly?". Their response is that I have to fill out an application and then they will ask the owner. They only send you an application once you have viewed the property. So I have to go out of my way to view a property and fill out a long application form with all my personal details just to find out if it's pet friendly?? How hard is it to check with the owner and reply yes or no?? How come every other property group can answer such a basic question. So to the landlords and owners who want their properties rented out but don't know why no one is renting them, now you know. The Daleglen staff just don't care about getting good tenants. Find another agency.
Hello. I bought one of your perfumes on the 26th of June from your Cavendish store in Cape Town South Africa. On Saturday the 3rd of July, I tried to open the bottle and the whole bottle broke in my hand resulting in a deep cut on my right middle finger. I rushed to the emergency room with blood gushing from my hand. Three stitches and R1500 later and it’s very sore. I now have to do two follow up sessions with about another R1500 of costs. Very expensive perfume this is turning out to be. Please fix the quality of your perfume bottles. It is extremely dangerous. I have tried reaching out on Facebook DM's, raised a ticket using your email and no response! It's unfortunate that I have to do this publically to try get a response. Disgraceful service. I expect a response to this as it is a serious problem. All I've received is automated emails asking me to rate your service which you obviously got a 0 for.
They are extremely unprofessional. I received an sms that my items would be delivered yesterday so I waited at the address all day. They never came. I then got an sms this morning saying the driver was delayed yesterday and it would come today. So I have been waiting all day again and nothing. I have tried to contact them via email and phone call all day. They don't reply to emails. The one number they gave via email did not work and the call centre seems to be putting the phone down on me the whole time. Rather use more professional services like Courier Guy or Dawn Wing.
