One of the worst places we have ever stayed at. We took advantage of their 2k per night offer for our 11 year anniversary in October 2020 and booked a 2 nights stay with 2 kids at Villa 2 which included breakfast. This is considered a 5star BnB. The condition of the villa was so dirty and of very poor standards. At breakfast they do not cater for kids. Can't do a hot choc or milo or even a simple cheese toastie. The villa itself had no TVs in the room with cables hanging. Awful funky smell in the one room. Rusty bathroom bins. Towel rails broken. Blue dye in pool stains your body. Bird poo covering the outside furniture. If you email their head office you get a pathetic response that they will look into it. No accountability for the poor conditions and the fact that this ruined our anniversary or that we did not get what we paid for and what was promised. The pretty pics on FB and website is deceiving. The villa is situated next to a parking lot. Fishermen peer over the wall and continuously call at the females in the villa. Website claims security patrols at night but this is actually not true. And they don't give you all the info upfront. Only once you have paid in full will you find out some of the things but only if you ask. The GM Dirk is one of the worst GMs I have ever encountered in all my years in hospitality. He should stick to working at wimpy with no real GM experience. Absolutely stay away from this place. You will be highly disappointed.
We paid Prenesh almost 15k deposit in July 2019. Up until October 2020 we still had no kitchen installed. Once he receives your deposit he gives you the run around with excuse after excuse such as the weather or death in family which happened probably 3 times. Or he is busy with other jobs, or he is sick. Or he has family commitments. He has caused so much stress during my pregnancy. We couldn't have family come over due to the embarrassing state of the kitchen. Living out of boxes. This man is a professional thief and scam artist. He does this for a living and gives small businesses a bad name. When he eventually installed 2 cupboards the quality was pathetic. The boards weren't cut to size. The sprayed boards was not done properly. We eventually got him to re-cut the boards at his own cost and got another contractor to install which took a day. We still have a pending case at court.
This man is a thief and a scam artist. We paid him a 15k deposit over a year ago and he still has done nothing. My kitchen is in an absolute state. It is so embarrassing having people visit. When he wants the job, he calls everyday, comes to see you on time, is never late. But once he gets your money, you will have to run after him. He always has excuses like someone has died (don't know in the last year how people he knows has died....over 5), or he is sick or has family emergency or the weather is bad. He agrees on a date to start the job, but then the night before cancels with the same excuses every time. He has no concern or care that you have to take leave from work to accommodate his dates and never shows up. He has obviously been doing this for a very long time...since 2016 from what I see. He is a professional con man who does this for a living. Its people like him that give small business a bad name. If anyone he has done this too is willing to take legal action against this man, please leave a comment.

After 4 months of not eating out due to the lockdown we decided to go out for supper on 02 August 2020 needless to say it was the worst experience ever at Primi Waterfront. I They should not be serving guests during this time. Upon arrival we were told the menu is limited which we can completely understand. Once seated we are given a full menu, items not available were not noted on the menu nor did waitor advise. We decided on three items and my husband went to place the order at the cashier due to limited staff. 2 of the 3 items were not available. We then had to relook at the menu and change our order. After an hour of waiting we decided to leave without eating as our food had not arrived. We must have asked the manager atleast 3 or 4 times about our order during the hour and his reply was always that its on its way. When we eventually decided to leave the manager was rude and obnoxious. He offered no apology and told us chicken takes long to cook. I didn't realize a piece of chicken takes an hour to cook. There were other tables that arrived 20min after us and seated next to us whose food arrived within 15min. Worst restaurant I have been too. Judging by other reviews this the norm of Primi Waterfront!
We paid this man almost 15k deposit in June 2019 and we still waiting for him to complete the kitchen. It's now almost a year later and all he has done is remove the kitchen doors from our old kitchen and removed some of our cupboards that were to be replaced. He gives you the run around and makes excuses after excuses as to why he can't complete the kitchen. One day he is sick the next day he hasal a family emergency in Durban, then has to go to school for his son. This man is a thief. It's obvious from other Hello Peter reviews he has done this many times and changes the name of his business. When he wants you to sign his agreement and wants the job he calls every day. Comes to your house on time at your availability. He will tell you he has his own workshop and make it seem as if he is legitimate businessman who is so busy at different sites and has to check up on his workers at different sites but is he actually working out of his garage As soon as you pay him a deposit you won't hear from him. You have to keep calling. When he does answer he has his excuses ready. If he does come to actually start your job he comes to the house 1hour later and leaves after 2hrs with some sort of emergency that he has to sort out. He has caused so much stress in our pregnancy. We haven't had friends or family come over due to the embarrassing state of our kitchen. We living out of boxes. When he is questioned as to why the job is taking so long he becomes rude and arrogant. We have resorted to legal action.
On Sunday, 13 October 2019 I tried exchanging a pj set bought at the Table bay Store at PNP Clothing Canal Walk. The reason for the exchange was because the top was size 5-6yrs but the pants attached was 3-4yrs. When I informed the Assistant Store Manager at PNP Clothing Canal Walk, she had a very poor attitude. Her response was that I must take it back to the place I bought it from. I then informed her I cannot drive from canal walk to table bay mall due to stores attaching incorrect sizes. she again had a very bad attitude and told me ''what do I expect her do with incorrect sized pjs'' She then went on to ask me ''why didnt i check the sizes?'' should this not be done by the store or at the tills? I asked her for the store managers name, to which she refused and asked me ''for what do I need the managers name as she is the one incharge''. This infuriated me. As the customer do I not have the right to ask for the store managers details? I then had some harsh words for her and proceeded to the PNP Food store at canal walk. At PNP Food Store i found the correct sized pjs and exchanged it at the customer service counter. I explained what had happened at the PNP Clothing Store, and the assistant told me its no problem. She will exchange and just return the incorrect sizes to the warehouse. In my opinion the assistant Store Manager at PNP Clothing Canal Walk was either lazy to do her job or just plain down ignorant.
