May Health Department CLOSE this resort!
Seasons was the most horrific getaway of my life!!! I will not recommend anyone to visit Seasons. No linen on the beds! Units were dirty and not what we booked. Not COVID friendly. Not enough cutlery..........and so I can continue. Most unhelpful staff! WARNING!!!! DON'T GO THERE! This resort is a disgrace. I can not believe that we were not informed that the power was off since the morning and no linen, towels or torches could be supplied on arrival! The manager on duty Ofentse Mmope, did not feel up to it when we requested to raise our complaints on check out. TERRIBLE!!!!😡

Ripping Off Retired People
<p>This company sold my retired parents a vacation package, promising them a lot including that they can cancel at any time. They left behind to tell them that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged!! After requesting a cancellation they requested income and expenditure information as well as 3 months bank statements for both my parents. We supplied all of this indicating that my parent is earning a minimal income and rely on family assistance monthly. I think they out there to rip people off and the disgusting part is they don't care if you retired or not and if you can afford it or not!!! For them it's about the sale and stealing people's money!!</p>
