We booked our flights in February with BRAVOLFY. This month our trip to Bali was cancelled by the airline. Bravofly informed us we must wait untill the airline refunds our money to them before they can refund us. Our accomodation in Bali has been booked and paid for December and we now need to book new flights. However flight prices are going up. I honestly do not believe BRAVOLFY needs to wait for an airline to release flights since we booked through. This is very bad customer service, they are telling us we will have to wait for up to two month for our refund.by the we will not be able to afford flights anymore as it gets closer to December. This is very frustrating. I will give you one day BRAVO fly and i will take the next steps and I will post this on all relevant platforms every day.We need our money back NOW. The airline notified them a month ago about the cancellation and this is hoow long they take to get the process going. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I DO NOT WANT CREDIT. I WANT MY MOENY BACK ON MY CARD!!!!!
<p>Telkom has given me the worst service every, I ttok out a contract for Wifi with them for R158 a month, told the lady spicifly to cap my data. Every month Telkom still deducts and Extra R500 from my account. I phoned them the first month and the replaced it. Then my account went in arears, as they did not deduct their monthly payment. The next month they deduct again R1083 from my account, but by now my account has been put off. My wifi has been off for a whole month after phoning them twice to corrct my account. they even sent me a message to say my account has been attended to. Nothing happened. This month they deduct over R600 after my account has been off for the month so how could i have used extra data.
