Vanishing Signal Strength and Support Led Me to Switch Providers
I regret to say my experience as a Cell C customer has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. After being with your mobile company for 2 years, the network quality and customer service has declined so drastically that I am actively looking to switch providers. The network issues are constant - calls drop all the time, my data rarely works, and I can almost never get a reliable signal, even in major cities. I used to make do but now the network is basically unusable, which is unacceptable. What compounds the problem is the terrible customer service anytime I have tried getting support. Excessive wait times to speak to an agent, technicians that can barely speak English, and scripted responses that never solve my problems. I so wanted to believe in Cell C and be a loyal mobile user. But between the network, customer service, and billing errors, you all need drastic improvements to regain my trust. For the high monthly fees I pay, I expect much better. It pains me to say that once my contract ends, I will have to find a different provider that values customers and service delivery. I hope you can get back on track.

Weeks of Research Led Us to Gridweb
Our team took several weeks to research website designers. We looked for talent across many channels. The members of our team independently and unanimously kept coming back to Gran and Gridweb. Gran listened carefully to our requirements and we are beyond satisfied and happy with the end result. Truthfully, the website wasn't actually what I was expecting, but blew my expectations away nonetheless with how good it was. Looks like an established, big name law firm. When I showed it to my business partner he laughed and said "wow, it looks like a real business now". Great communication and understand their industry very well. I highly recommend them if you need a website for your business, no matter if you are well established or just starting
