I placed my order and at the point of payment I was double charge.i notified the staff immediately and showed them the proof.i was told it should return.i waited for a day no refund.i call the store to let them know that I haven't been refunded.they told me their is nothing they can do i must go talk to my bank at that point I just knew I'm wasting my time with this store and I told my self to cut my losses and eat somewhere else in future.
I took up a contract with telkom and the deal was the phone come with wireless charger but after I took the contract they then tell me they can't capture the wireless charger so I must come another day to pick it up.after a few days I go check for it they then tell me that that deal was over and that they are no longer giving me the wireless charger but on that day when I was taking the contract it was there and the advert stated that it includes it.the other problem is that I asked to port my number from prepaid to contract it's one week now my number still hasn't been ported over.i now regret dealing with telkom.
Im sorry I have to be the one complaining today but I have to because im not happy at all.I recently applied for a contract online,I was contacted shortly there after by a sales agent.I was asked what did I apply online for,I replied a Samsung s8 plus with the vr and controller with 100gigs.the lady wasnt sure if there was stock or not so she had to find out anyway after finding out she says they do have stock so we went through my application and everything was successful and the debit was taken from my accoun***** now a week that I haven't heard or received any sms or call from telkom.I have been calling them the entire week to follow up on my order they kept telling me its still being processed and waiting to be given to the delivery company.today I call telkom for a follow up they tell me they cancelled my contract because they don't have stock and that I will be refunded within seven days.I don't want the refund I want my device that I have been promised and have waited so long for.this isn't the first time telkom is doing this.
I walked into the store and asked to be assist but everyone that works there just looked at each other and whispering with a dirty grin on they face asking what does he want.I stood for about 10 to 15 minutes looking at the contracts hoping someone will assist me but they just carried on talking amongst themselves.I guess they thought this black guy is window shopping and is here to waste they time.I eventually went over to telkom and I took my contract over there.I will never ever bother to even consider walking into that racist store again.
