Don't use this company They came to repair my fridge but 3 days after the freezer stopped working. After reporting the problem to Ralph he made empty promises which never realized and now the phone is switched off. They are useless. They also arrive here not with a proper repair panel van or something but rather in an old worn VW Jetta. I should have known better.
I've been waiting a month for my parcel from the UK. EA ********** 85NL arrived in SA on 8 Feb 2018 and booked into customs. On 15 Feb was the last activity as it arrived at the delivery depot. Since then no activity. I cant get a hold of anyone. No phone is being answered. This makes me think twice before ordering anything abroad again.
<p>I have been a very pleased customer with Takealot. I think your delivery is fast and your services is great. That was until now. For a company that serviced me well in the past I feel very disapointed and hurt at the moment. I reveived a Cadac Paella Pan for my birthday which my sister in-law purchased for me from Takealot. After receiving it I realised it is the wrong size and asked for her to return it to Takealot and I will pay in the difference for the larger pan. I neglected to do so and when she phoned to return it after 2 months she was told that she is to late and cant return it anymore. I am now sitting with a birthday present I cant use, which meens I will now have to go and buy my own bithday present (the corrent size) with my own money. I am dissapointed. Being in the sales industry myself I know how valued customer centricity should be, and unserstand that the customer is the harbeat of the orginization. I am not asking for a refund I would simply like to return the brand new product and simply buy the bigger version. Is that to much to ask?</p>
