mbali maphumulo mtn disconnected my connection before moth end agreement
On the 8th April 2025 app**** for a month to month wifi contract of R399 from MTN in Musgrave Durban. The agreement was that I make a payment an immediate payment for two months and I Paid it. On the 19th of Mat 2025 I was disconnected and that very same day I went to MTN for assistance. The staff couldn't explain why my month to month contract was disconnected for the month I had paid for as part of the initial payment and mbali maphumulo even called me drunk. I then cancelled my contract. this woman's mouth is the reason I cancelled my contract and as far as I am concerned mtn still owes me for the remaining days of the month that I am not connected after I had paid up front.

Why does Alpine VW Pinetown not have any Zulu speaking service advisers?????????????
The service advisers at VW Pinetown Alpine provide very poor feedback and guidance with regards to maintenance and service. Its is only fair that as the majority of the people who service their vehicles at Alpine to have a person who I can relate to in my mouth tongue.

Bad Service
In November 2017 my vehicle was hit from behind at a stop street. I reported the incident with police and opened a case with LIPCO to help me retrieve money for vehicle repairs from the third party. LIPCO placed my file on ice since I could not provide a street address to send a letter of demand I have since found and sent the address required and nothing has happened since. I have not received any form of communication from LIPCO and I do not know what is happening with my case. This is the second time I have received this kind of treatment from LIPCO in three month on the same case. The last time I expressed my frustration about not being informed about processes I was informed that LIPCO works with an automated diary that tells the legal adviser who to call and when to call. My whole family pays LIPCO monthly for a service that has to be informed by a automated diary, I fail to except that.... this so called diary has failed to pull out my name in over a month?
