Sanlam inaction re SCAM
For months and months this scam email is being sent under the guise of being from Sanlam Loan Finance. Now I know it has nothing to do with Sanlam directly but surely they must know about it and have the capability to put an end to it! I wonder how many people have been scammed by this because they trust the name Sanlam. Come on Sanlam - tackle this issue and make it go away!

What a pathetic excuse for an online shopping service - Game Stores!
What absolutely pathetic service!! 😡😡😡 My order number 1240214085 was cancelled on the 22nd April after I had ordered and paid for it on the 15th April and told it would be delivered on the 22nd April. I am still waiting for my refund - and have now been told it was only submitted on the 3 May 😡😡😡 This is daylight robbery - I expect the refund today - which is at least 2 weeks too late!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Can you believe this - I now get an email saying the printer is being shipped AFTER having spoken to a number of Call Centre people and providing my bank account for the refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The standard message received numerous times with NO ACTION taken by your people: Hi there Tony 👋 Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry for the overall experience this matter has caused you. Please note that we have an agent currently working on this matter and will revert back to you as soon as possible. this has to be resolved today - the printer was delivered despite all these messages and phone calls and I wasn’t here to ensure that it was not accepted! Please arrange for its removal immediately - and I want my refund immediately too - this is beginning to feel like a major scam to me and I will be contacting the authorities 😡😡😡

Unitronics - Be afraid, very afraid and stay far away from them
What a horrific experience dealing with Unitronics in Century City - the so-called official repair centre for Samsung. Went there to collect my BlueRay Player on Friday, 23rd March - told it wasn't there because they are moving but it would be delivered to my home that evening, then again Saturday early afternoon, still nothing - despite lots of phone calls and promises that its on the way. As expected their website is under construction and there is no way to track down any Management Layer - if one exists
