Good day. Please assist us. We bought an LG fridge from makro 2 years ago, and now the fridge has a bad sound n the water from the despenser is not cold. We reported the matter last week, but there is still no positive feedback.
We submitted death policy claim last year from August 2020 till today we haven't got paid by Old Mutual we went to different Branches they told us they don't know what holding our claim we must give them 2weeks. I called head office on 08-03-2021 the lady (Kabelo 11:37) who assisted me said there are documents that we haven't submitted but we submitted every documents were required she escalated the claim to her manager even said I must email those documents I did that but even today nothing from old mutual.
I need your help here. I did my N6 in 2008, I passed 3 subject and I failed 1 Labour Relations, now I lost my statement of results years back, I have been asking print out from Thekwini College but no luck I have been told that they upgraded their system, so they don't have statements from 2008. They only have statement from 2011. I even went to Dept of Education In Pretoria they said they will send it to Thekwini College. I want to write that subject I failed they want my Statement of Results for my N6, I called College again the guy said he is going to call me back he took my details but till today he hasn't, I have been calling College they are not answering the phone.
<p>I bought a fridge on the 16/02/2017 I has given me problem from day one there is this bad sound it makes a very bad sound, i reported it they sent one guy to look for it, he told me its a gas Cirtulating i asked him why is it Cirtulating he said he doesnt know why thats why it has that sound. I reported it again told them that the guy they sent couldn't help coz the sound is still there. They sent another guy that one told me there are two pipes 1 is bigger the other 1 is small its like the small one is vibrating inside the bigger one thats why its causing the sound. Now im not happy with that fridge i've been reporting about it but no help. Its either they give another fridge or refund. </p>
