I went in store, paid for my bed and a couch. I was advised that the couch would take 2 weeks to have ready and delivered to me. I placed the order and paid on 25/01/2025 ; the order was meant to arrive on 08/02/2025 having not heard anything from Double Click, I called to confirm the date and time for the delivery on 05/02/2025 I was advised that they did not capture my order and they would send the details to the warehouse and escalate the process for me, I was promised the order would be ready on 15/02/2025. When I called today I was advised that my order is not ready and they don't know when it will be ready.
<p>We have been having conection problems with our ADSL line since Friday 2 June 2017. We put it off as bad conncetion as it was going on and off throughout the day. </p> <p>This contunued on Monday and Tuesday, we then logged a fault with Telkom on 7 June 2017, Telkom then called us and advised that there is no fault on their side, I went on to explain to them that it goes on and off, I was promised that a technician will attend to this. On 8 June 2017 we then ad absolutly no internet connection, when I contatced Telkom they advised that they were escalating the fault and that a technician was allocated to our problem and that they will escalate this as we are a business and cannot conduct business, no one pitched up to resolve this problem. On 9 June 2017 I called Telkom once again as we still did not have internet connection, I was then advised by the consultant that they allocated a technician that morning on the 9th of June & we must rather get Fiber or a ****le. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 12 June and still no internet, when I called Telkom this mornig they advised that they will be escalating the problem again. When I ask to speak with thei manager ot supervisor as usuall he is super busy and cannot assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>My biggest problem is that we require internet access to condustc business and this problem with Telkom happens every 6 weeks. with no resolve and none of teh consultants seem to know whats happening, it seems as though we lodge a fault each time we call, with the same "answers"</p> <p> </p> <p>we need internet access ASAP, please help. </p>
