Poorly built pool crumbling after 5 years. Marbelite is cracking and coming off in patches Mark refuses to come and look at the pool, ignoring calls and WhatsApp messages
My Samsung TV failed 3 weeks ago and according to the technician assigned to the job Samsung would replace the Television. That was 3 weeks ago and we have not seen or heard anything. I have called Samsung repeatedly and asked Hirsch's to do the same but as of 2020-11-05 I have no feedback
On the 6th of December 2015 I reported my telkom Adsl and phone line as faulty. Ref number 202CRK061215. After many calls and escalations I found out tonight that the line will only be repaired on the 28th of December. 22 days to fix a faulty line is just not good enough!<br> In the meantime I applied for a telkom 3g contract + router over 24 months, my application was successful and I was told on the website that I would be contacted to confirm the application, it has been two weeks and when I contacted the call centre they have no record of my application. <br> A woman in the telkom shop in greenstone told me not to use the website, she said it never works. I think I believe her!<br>
