Warning to all outsurance clients
<p>We have been clients of outsurance for the last 11 years. About a month ago our car was stolen from us. My husband call outsurance immediately not knowing what to do. They told my husband go to the police station and report the incident please note the car was stolen from outside a shop. My husband then asked how he must get to the police station they told him they dont offer that service. HELP AT OUT !!!!!! which we pay for!!!!!! After all was reported no one from outsurnace called to check if my husband was ok. We where promised someone from claims department would call him the next day NO ONE DID we had to call them. We were treated like criminals throught out the whole investigation. We did get paid out but the experience was horrifying. But never the less kept our other car insured with them our house hold, our house and new car insured with them until we got a call saying they pushing our insurance premium on our old 2004 polo from R400 a month to almost double. We called asking them to revue the policy and they would not!!! So after 11 years only 3 claims in 11 years this is how you get treated!!!! We have moved everything away from outsurance and no longer recommend outsurnace but rather inform everyone on our experence with outsurance.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
