Incompetence
Had a hospital emergency in Dec “21. Was discharged the same day. Now almost a year later, sms’s start coming though about monies I owe them, I have Medical aid and GAP cover…. they threaten to blacklist me on the credit bereau etc. phoned my medical aid only to find out the bill was paid in full last year… life hospital just never picked it up…. Just shows no matter how big an organisation seems, incompetence is still a problem.

Avoid- not worth it.
Not worth the hype. **** service from the waiters to the hostess. Orders got mixed up, you wait an hour for the food. You make a booking but still end up sitting in the bar and get told by the hostess that you can move inside when there’s space… yet I made a booking had the WhatsApp confirmation and everything. Avoid this place. Food is no different to anywhere else either.

Umhlanga Netcare Hospital
<p>Fisnce was sick... Having an IBS attack, was in extreme pain to the point where she was in tears, took her in to the emergency entrance of this place, was seen to by a nurse, the doctor was around but arrogant as hell... Came and saw her only 2 hours later(not even exaggerating) , walked straight past us offered no apology or explanation as to why she took so long, just says we must go wait outside. Absolute **** service from a private hospital, appalling bed side manner , would never come back her. I have been to other private hospitals and they are so much better. </p>
