I booked with them 19 Feb cpt -jhb 22Feb and cancelled my booking on the 20 Feb for my return ticket due to bus being infested with ****roaches. Now the giving my story upon story. After they said will reflex in 3 working days. Now they saying I need to wait for Cape town branch to generated cash sales to get my R1200 back. I dont know how this work if i paid for my tickets
<p>I have sign up and they have deducted the deposit installment's and than after the deposit was in full they would continue the rest of the money via installment as per the agreement they have if you dont have the full deposit. I have paid the deposit using the installment oppsition as offer by them. After the deposit was paid in full no more decuction has gone off. they send sms via my cellphone when the deduction went off and when special was available. Now they send sms to my husban account informing him that the CTI account is in arrears. Him not knowing who this CTI account is for ignore until i mention to him that i have check my bank statement and have seen there is no dedection from them. than only he remember about the sms he got. No what has happen to my deposit, they do not pick the phone. have sent them and email hope for a response.</p>
