I booked with them 19 Feb cpt -jhb 22Feb and cancelled my booking on the 20 Feb for my return ticket due to bus being infested with ****roaches. Now the giving my story upon story. After they said will reflex in 3 working days. Now they saying I need to wait for Cape town branch to generated cash sales to get my R1200 back. I dont know how this work if i paid for my tickets
