Really upset with the treatment we received from the owner/host of the place. My friends, family and I felt mistreated just because we were not Caucasian. Had a terrible experience and the entertainment park has dysfunctional jet skiis and equipment. There's no adherence to time and respect for bookings made at certain times. The owner/host was extremely greedy to make money rather than being hospitable to us after we had given them so much of business for the day spending alot on the activities. There's false advertising. Failure to inform us that theres no supply of overalls for the paintball activities. They gave us half filled gas cylinders. The owner/host went against her word and said that we owed money for a paintball reload when she had said to one of us that it's gonna be free due to the gun having a default. Caucasians were given preference over us indian people who were there supporting their business. Really poor service and treatment and high sense of racism!
Since my last complaint against MTN on 19/11/2020.. It has been an even bigger nightmare dealing with them. Since the 19th of November I have been trying to do my upgrade. The MTN consultants at 2 different stores have both wasted my time by saying they're trying to have it sorted out. I am now a few days away from my next invoice which means I am going to be bill 6 times more because my contract expired last month and I am now going to be charged out of bundle rates. The only reason I held on with the cancellation is because MTN kept saying they are trying to get my upgrade approved and sorted. Dealing with MTN has been an absolute nightmare and major stress. I have been a good paying customer that had multiple contracts with them over the years and now to be treated this way. I am extremely irrate and disappointed.. I will be switching networks
MTN HAS BILLED ME OUT OF BUNDLE RATES WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND BILLED ME OUT OF BUNDLE RATES PRIOR TO MY BLACK FRIDAY DATA CONTRACT EXPIRATION. NO COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN MADE WITH ME TO NOTIFY ME OF THIS CHARGE. UPON RECVEIVING AN SMS TODAY 19-11-2020, I CALLED THEM TO UPGRADE AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD. THIS IS WRONG AND I CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO PAY A BILL THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF.
<p>I placed an order on 10/06/2017 and paid R45 for 1-3days door to door delivery.<br />I only received my order yesterday 19/06/2017. I had called last week Thursday 15-06-2017 to enquire about the late delivery and spoke to Navashni. She had told me that my delivery is late due to a back log at MRP and that all online customers are experiencing a delay but MRP will reimburse me with a R150 voucher to make up for the late delivery. I paid R45 for the delivery because I needed my item asap and im highly upset because i have not been compensated for the delay as promised and when I called MRP agaoin and spoke to Navashni again she told me that i will only receive R50 and I still have not recieved that either. The calls are recorded and I have recieved a false promise from MRP and I am furious at the bad customer service.</p>
