KFC Water Glen Mall, Pretoria East South Africa 26th February 2018 I've been accommodating before with regards to the poor service I've received at this specific KFC branch, but I have reached my limit. The whole point of a fast food outlet is to provide food in a reasonably short time period. However to wait for over 20 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken, chips and 3 sides is quite ridiculous. I placed my order at 19h20 and only received my food at 19h44, without apology or even concern for having waited so long. Approximately 6 other customers joined me in the fast before receiving our food, some having waited longer than myself. There were 3 customers that came in and stood for 10 minutes, waiting to be served, all 3 having left because no one came to the counter to help them. Don't get me wrong, most KFC outlets provide excellent service, however this one is ruining that reputation. I do have photographic evidence of my slip and the time I received my food. KFC, please do something to rectify this.
During the morning of Tuesday the 22 August 2017, I attempted to purchase a month pass from the machine facilities. To my surprise my Gautrain Gold Card was not being read by the machine. I proceeded to the teller to purchase the month pass. I mentioned my card wasn't being read my the machine facility. He managed to load the pass on my gold card. When I attempted to go through the gates the card reader couldn't read my card. I returned to the teller who informed me that the card was dead and he couldn't transfer the month pass to another card, so he handed me refund forms to fill out and I had to purchase a new card. After handing in the forms he said the refund would be deposited into my bank account. It's been a week now, the Gautrain has not contacted me in any way, I have not received my refund (which is a large sum of money) I've had to load Pay As You Go each day I go now, on my card and it's getting costly. I would like my refund!
