I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DOOGEE S40 ROGGED IN 2020 AROUND NOVEMBET. 14 The phone fell about 2 meter even less. for the first time. screen was broken but still working a few days go by and the speaker started making trouble. my speaker was still under warrantee so that was ok. I didn't have money at that time to fix the screen. i wanted to send it in one time to fix the screen and speaker. I used the DOOGEE S40 for making my clients invoices, so only wanted to send it once. cash crusaders staff told my that i will take 8 to 21 days then ill have my phone back. 2021/02/17 when i finally could do it i gave them instructions to call me with a price for the screen before they replace it. wanted to see if it would have been worth it to fix it or buy a new one. the said they will do that and after 2/3 days i would receive a call from them. i gave them a long time 2021/03/31 on a Wednesday I send them a message asking about my phone. so they responded to my message telling my they are still waiting for it but they are getting all the repairs the following Friday and they will ask them to bring it back 2021/04/12 Monday. I ask them what's happening. yet again I was told that told that they will be getting stock from head office 'probably you know this i ridiculous. i gave you more time than what you guys needed .just to be safe and avoid disappointment to hear that the phone is not ready I'm really not happy about all of this. They didn't even responded on that message . I DID NOT MESSAGE THEM AGAIN. I WENT TO THE STORE MORE THAN 5 TIMES. using my time driving up and down on my expenses losing hourly rate because for each time i was there I didn't leave under an hour up until today, they don't call me, message me or keeping me updated from 17 February 2021 until 28 June 2021 they did not phone me once not even with a price for my repairs CASH CRUSADERS BRIXTON STOLE MY PHONE I WILL BE SEEING THEM WITH THE POLICE AND ALL THE NEWS PAPPERS
Fake adverti*****t on the doogee S40 phone. It's apparently so strong but can't even handle a 2 m drop and a week after the drop the speaker starts making trouble. The customer service they provide is useless because they demand lots of information "I do understand" but then when you give them everything they asked for then they simply just ignore you. To think I was a doogee supporter then they treat a customer like this. Unacceptable
