Doogee after sale service is Terrible
After sale service really sucks! No one can assist me with my Doogee S61 Pro, not even the horrible Cash Crusaders, where I bought the phone from.

Don't buy DOOGEE!!!!!!!!!!!
I baught a doogee wp 21. Said that the screen can be drilled and used as a hammer and all that bull#@$t. My phone fell of my coach arm rest not even 500mm from the ground and the screen is stuffed and full of cracks. Tried to make contact with them on their messenger line but all I get is "we're not available right now, but please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible", for the past 5 days. What a waste of R6500.00. Won't recommend this make of phone to anyone. Please do t support them as they give false advertising and have no after purchase assistance.

Don't buy DOOGEE!!!!!!!!!!!
I baught a doogee wp 21. Said that the screen can be drilled and used as a hammer and all that bull#@$t. Doogee should be held accountable
I have bought a Doogee phone from one of its retailers in East London and it was barely a year old and the screen got damaged. Tried to get a new screen only to find that I was sold a device that was already discontinued and I was not informed after they already knew this. Needless to say that I have been struggling to find a replacement screen for the phone as the agents have not had the spare screen in stock since the incident which is now going for almost two years now. So I have a relatively nice phone which is of no use to me and I wasted my money because of bad business practise.

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 DOOGEE PHONES FROM CASH CRUSADERS A S40,S30, S86 THE S 30 AND S 40 BOTH HAVE CRACKED SCREENS AND AFTER A YEAR I GET TOLD THEY CANT BE FIXED, IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN WHY SELL HIS **** ! I NOW DEMAND A FULL REFUND ON THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS R 2399 ON THE S30 AND R 1899 ON THE S40 TOTAL R 4298, AND WILL PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY THAT GIVES SERVICE AND BACK UP, BECAUSE YOURS IS **** !!

FALSE ADVERTISING BY DOOGEE
BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING BY DOOGEE! I bought a DOOGEE S58 pro and on my recommendation after 3 months of using my phone, my mother bought one too. After 11 months my phone screen started displaying water damage even though all water proof covers were in perfect condition and always closed except when charging the phone. My mother who works in Oman had the same problem except her screen went black (bare in mind Oman is a desert so there's no humidity and she never ever had her phone in water). When the phone which is ADVERTISED AS WATERPROOF went back, we were told Doogee would not honour either of the warranties as it was water damage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOOGEE OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!

Doogee Smartphones
Hi guys. Please read this review before buying a Doogee smartphone. I recently bought the Doogee N20 pro. Where to even begin? The phone can't keep a connection. Not on wi-fi, not on mobile data, not on calls and guess what - not even on Bluetooth. This is a major problem in a phone to say the least. Secondly, you can't hear anyone when they speak because the ear speaker is so soft. You literally have to turn the phone at an exact angle to have any shot at hearing the person on the other side and then to make it even worse they struggle to hear you too! Forget about taking videos! It looks like it is snowing when you enter video mode. One might hope that the speckles will go away when you watch the video but alas - there they are. Trust me, there's no taking videos. If you put the phone's loudspeaker on it crackles and distorts when not even at full volume. Now here is the real kicker - don't expect any remorse from Doogee. I sent them an email and I have not received a reply, nevermind an apology, so just think what a service would be like with them. Very unsatisfied with this phone and that is an understatement.

Fake adverti*****t on the doogee S40 phone. It's apparently so strong but can't even handle a 2 m drop and a week after the drop the speaker starts making trouble. The customer service they provide is useless because they demand lots of information "I do understand" but then when you give them everything they asked for then they simply just ignore you. To think I was a doogee supporter then they treat a customer like this. Unacceptable
