Found this vehicle motor supplier in George western cape on the website. They advertise imported motors for sale. Contacted them via email and they rep**** the first time with the price of the engin that i wanted. Kept on trying to contact the via calling them and using the whatsapp number that they gave on their website so I can view before I buy. Went to the adress given on the website but no such number exists in that street which is 35 Fabriek st. That str only goes up to 24. Sent them a whatsapp and he rep**** that I should try no. 37 and still didnt find them, i asked him for a pin location 4 days ago and still didnt amswer. If I go on google and enter the name and click on directions, it takes me to a business that makes and services high pressure valves. Went to a few business owners in the street and they never heard of a business called Japs auto solutions. I think thos websote should be looked into and closed down
I baught a oukitel wp 21. Said that the screen can be drilled and used as a hammer and all that bull#@$t. My phone fell of my coach arm rest not even 500mm from the ground and the screen is stuffed and full of cracks. Tried to make contact with them on their messenger line but all I get is "we're not available right now, but please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible", for the past 5 days. What a waste of R6500.00. Won't recommend this make of phone to anyone. Please do t support them as they give false advertising and have no after purchase assistance.

Ordered parts beginning of Januarie 2024 and was promised the parts. for about 3 weeks the communication was between us was limited but always got excuses more than answers. for the past 2 weeks I'm not getting any answer via phoning, WhatsApp or email. proforma invoice was sent by them and payment was made immediately. now I have a very angry customer that can't use his machine due to the lies and ****ming of this company. I hope whoever does this to paying customers rot in HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now I have to refund my customer out of my pocket, and I lost a very good customer.
I cancelled my online stream8ng acount in beginning off desember. The cut of date was the 19th of desember. The 19th of desember my dstv was switched off and could not use it anymore but they still took a payment from me on the 20th of desember. When I contact them via phone or live chat they give me a refference number and tell me that they escalated the matter and that someone will contact me as soon as possible to arrange a refund. Im still waiting. Sick and tired of the bad service of dstv. What should I do next?
Ive requested a adsl line move to my new adress in June of 2020. They have turned of my adsl line in June of 2020 and told me that n technician will co.e to the new adress in a weeks time. Im still wating. Almost 2 years now. Now they handed me over to their lauwers and requested me in paying for the last almost 2 years or I will be handed over to the blacklisting. I made the payment to the lauwers mid January. They say they cant help me and that I must go to telkom. Telkom said I can get a refund for the time I didnt get any service from telkom but until today nothing. What should I do???
