I had a bit of a problem with my trading account that didn't want to log in,I emailed Vault Markets and all I can say is,Thank you for your great service,Prosper. I followed the steps that I was given and all was sorted.
Its been a while now that Telkom has just been messing around with their internet service. It just about comes to a stand still and there is no way to get hold of them other to go to the actual shop which is as slow as hell. Can someone please explain what the actual problem is and what is being done to fix all this nonsense. And please Telkom,get rid of your stupid chat bot on Messenger,it is utterly useless.
What the devil is going on with Telkom? Had no internet all day long and its still not sorted. Please sort this **** out people.
I have bought a Doogee phone from one of its retailers in East London and it was barely a year old and the screen got damaged. Tried to get a new screen only to find that I was sold a device that was already discontinued and I was not informed after they already knew this. Needless to say that I have been struggling to find a replacement screen for the phone as the agents have not had the spare screen in stock since the incident which is now going for almost two years now. So I have a relatively nice phone which is of no use to me and I wasted my money because of bad business practise.
I had the privilege of dealing with Mr Johan Daniel from FlySafair and can honestly say that I am yet to find another entity that has attended to my needs as incredibly as he did. Thank you Sir for your patience and helpfulness. FlySafair has a hamp in their midst.
I am very disgusted with how Doogee and its South African Agents ( Cash Crusaders) do business. I bought a phone from them last year August and need to replace the screen as it is completely stuffed. The SA agents don't even have the spares for the phone and told me to order parts from AliExpress. I then find out that the phone was discontinued last year already. So I was sold a phone which they knew was discontinued and never bothered to tell me. I have wasted the money and am now back to having to look for a phone. These two entities should be ashamed of how they do business. They should not be allowed to trade in South Africa.
So we have a fixed lte package that is serviced by MTN. Needless to say its been of no good to us since day one,it worked for 30 minutes and just died. Been back and forth and without internet now for 2 weeks. My wife managed to get to a MTN store in town and found that we were not the only ones with this particular problem. Apparently our area does not have fixed lte but normal 4G. So how is it that the store could pick this up and not MTN technical people? It is shocking that people are so slack at doing their work. And we still went and asked all the required questions to be sure we had all our ducks in a row. So my question is now this,what is MTN doing to sort out their own mess and who can one report them to since their technical department seem to just be playing around while we have been throwing away money and had no internet for tje last 2 weeks?
I am somewhat disgusted with how MWEB deals with technical problems. Have a fixed LTE package that we got through them and have literally enjoyed 30 minutes of decent internet and then nothing since last week Tuesday and they are still (finding/fixing) the problem. Sure there must be a better way then to call the call center as one wastes your airtime waiting only to speak to someone that does not seem to know exactly what is going on. Please,please,please,this is now really painful. What is the use of switching service providers to be stuck with nothing in the end.
I honestly don't know why I even bother with this exercise anymore. Everytime I lodge a complaint of non existent service I get some fool from Rain contacting me and telling me the biggest load of ****. Surely there must be a way that one can actually report them to ICASA as they are utterly useless and just continue to take a person's money without even rendering any type of service.
Why the hell is Rain still aloud to function when they are clearly of no use. They are just taking a person's money but not delivering any kind of service whatsoever and have all kinds of lame excuses. Not all of us are as incompetent as they are and don't fall for their bull#@$&. It's time to report them to ICASA and shut them down since they just stealing our money.
