Unhappy client

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor and disrespectful service I received from one of your call centre agents. I contacted your call centre to discuss an issue on my account, however the consultant spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. She continuously interrupted me and did not allow me an opportunity to explain myself properly, despite me calmly trying to speak as the client. When I said, “I am the client, please allow me to speak,” the consultant became even more unprofessional and abruptly ended the call by dropping the phone in my ear. I found this behaviour unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely against the level of customer service I would expect from a bank such as Absa. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, even when dealing with difficult matters. No client should be spoken to in such a degrading manner or have a call disconnected while trying to resolve an issue. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that appropriate action be taken regarding the consultant’s conduct. I would also appreciate feedback regarding the outcome of this complaint. Should this matter not be addressed seriously, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further to HelloPeter and the Banking Ombudsman, as customers cannot be treated in this manner. Horrible experience ever

The worse experience ever. We sat for 1 hour waiting for food when it came it came with bees 🐝 all over us no one cared we couldn't even eat our food we had to get up and leave with takeaway begged them basically I am allergic to bees no matter how busy a place is you can't treat your customers like that and I had to over 1000 for that horrible horrible............they don't even check on you at all Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5

Unhappy

I am sitting here at Turn n Tender Cresta now I am very disappointed hair in our started and then our drink then we call the manager and all we get is sorry no come on guys this is not service at I am not happy at all you just get sorry. Last time I was here the waiter asked for a tip and he gave no service today worse every..... very unhappy. The staff is so laid back and all of then is just say sorry.....not accepting this 9 March 2025 very bad

Team Cresta is the best they all know me when I go in there in morning I feel at home they always make my coffee very nice we talk about so many things. Love love love the store they make you feel home from the manager to. The staff
