Horrible experience ever
The worse experience ever. We sat for 1 hour waiting for food when it came it came with bees 🐝 all over us no one cared we couldn't even eat our food we had to get up and leave with takeaway begged them basically I am allergic to bees no matter how busy a place is you can't treat your customers like that and I had to over 1000 for that horrible horrible............they don't even check on you at all Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5

Unhappy
I am sitting here at Turn n Tender Cresta now I am very disappointed hair in our started and then our drink then we call the manager and all we get is sorry no come on guys this is not service at I am not happy at all you just get sorry. Last time I was here the waiter asked for a tip and he gave no service today worse every..... very unhappy. The staff is so laid back and all of then is just say sorry.....not accepting this 9 March 2025 very bad

Team Cresta is the best they all know me when I go in there in morning I feel at home they always make my coffee very nice we talk about so many things. Love love love the store they make you feel home from the manager to. The staff

Horrible service.....
Bought on the 17th of February 2025 for R699, I wore the heels for the first time yesterday, 23rd of February 2025, and they fell apart. I just stepped out of the car and two of the three gems that made up the hell popped out. Immediate I removed the heels and left them in the car in fear that the remaining gems would fall out. When I took the heels back to the store today, 24th February 2025, asking for an exchange as I feel uncomfortable wearing something that could easily break, the store told me that they can only fix the heel and not exchange them. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at having to repair brand new worn once for not even full hour heels, I was told that the store could not take responsibility for odd damages. It is not my first time buying from LaMara Cresta, with the previous two pairs of heels working great, I am deeply disappointed at this. After putting this review on I was called by the shop and was told I can come and change the shoes if I take off the review when I said no then head office called me and said they don't wanna loose me as a client and I can go for exchange. But now as I type they don't wanna change or refund me at all cause I must take of the review.
