Naked gets full marks!
I was concerned moving to Naked as the premium was half what all other insurers quoted but financially I had to cut back so I took the chance. I also had great feedback from 2 other people who had moved to them. Unfortunately my car was ****** recently and I feared what a run around I would have. Sandile Phiri provided awesome service - friendly, efficient and fast feedback. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Naked as a brilliant insurer for their great service and awesome staff!!!

Efficient ****mers
My dealings with these people were friendly, helpful and efficient. And a year down the line I have realised they gave me false hopes and never submitted my documents. There is only 1 department to contact and they are unable to provide me with any substantial information.

Affordability became an issue but Marelize found a way for me to keep my policy going. The rate is greatly reduced but I still have a some cover for just in case. Thank you to Platinum Life and Marelize.

Great beginning and middle, lousy end
I rented a house through this group and they were absolutely fabulous. However, this ceased to be the case after I moved out the house. I moved out at the end of September. After nearly a month I contacted the agent to follow up on my deposit. No response to my whatsup, email or phone calls. Eventually (after rude messages are left) I get a call to say that a carpet needs to be replaced to which I give the go ahead. A couple of weeks later I am advised that they will be getting a quote shortly (I am obviously no longer of value, so time is not an issue for them). It is now the end of November and I am still awaiting my deposit. I have been advised that they are waiting for the final municipality account. My deposit included a separate deposit for the municipality which I assume would be for just this case. I would recommend Reliable Realty to rent through, but I would also suggest that you do not pay the last months rent (in lieu of your deposit) so you are not made to wait unfairly.

Vets with hearts of gold
I have been going there for 2 years and I have found these people to be amazingly caring and considerate of my fur babies. From the death of one of my dogs to the adoption of others and sickness inbetween, the Blue Bush Vetinaries have been full of heart and soul and I love them all.
