Dear Cell C You messed up my credit life. As if that was not enough, every time I call to have a paid-up letter and have you update my credit profile I am told my matter "will be escalated". I am tired of hearing that word! In all the months that you did not want to help me, I was told about it and nothing happened. You have won, please let me go to other networks that are willing to see my worth. I have paid you what you wrongfully charged me, I am now only asking that you provide me with a paid-up letter and update my credit profile.
I had two contracts with this business and a MiAssist app (which honestly I don't know why I even bothered with it but well...) Last year when I wanted to upgrade, I found out I could not because of my debt review status. Last December, as the contracts were coming to an end, I called to cancel and that is when the problem started. Firstly, after requesting to cancel both contracts, they chose to cancel the one which had a MiAssist app and moved the app to the one they did not cancel. When I found out about this, they span a story, and eventually, one consultant found out it was true and refunded me. Finally, both contracts have been canceled, however, I am still billed and for some interesting reasons, no one from Cellc can figure out why??????? I have called and emailed and now they just ignore me. However, come month end, I get a statement. The worse part is that now they have listed me on Credit Berau.
