Bought a brand new RTX 5070 from Takealot in South Africa. Paid over R17000. Order got delivered today, i received a used GTX 1660 SUPER. A used one at that too. Got all the proof and photos, with witnesses. *****ulent, *****ing company, both you and Takealot. Waited over a week, excited, and this is what i get. Someone either stole the RTX 5070 in the box, or swapped it out, but this is a next level of *****. I've done business with Takealot for decades now, and love MSI, hence choosing it. This will be the last ever, and this needs to be resolved by Monday. Pathetic.

This is blatant lying, and *****ing from a customer. This will be my last purchase from them, ever. And we buy monthly. Horrible, inexcusable, *****ing. I will take this further, and i will contact MSI too, the manufacturer.
They picked up a phone that i returned to Cell C two weeks back, after a second hand phone was sent to me which i didn't want, i signed it off personally, and the parcel is now lost. Useless communication between them and Cell C, as no one knows anything now. Waybill number shows it's been delivered, but I'm sure RAM couriers is one big **** company. They can't reply to emails from Cell C, can't respond to queries, nothing. Just know this, if that phone is lost, or your personnel stole it, I've got all the proof that it was collected from me. Pathetic company. I advise anyone to never use Ram couriers, specially not in South Africa.
I'm a client of Cell C for the past 12 years now, same number, everything. I recently upgraded via telephone, and received a used i phone as my upgrade. Not even a charging cable. So i called them, and asked them to pick it up and give me a different option, even if it's more money per month. Ram couriers came to collect the phone, and it's now missing completely. They claim i still have it, even though i have a Ram couriers waybill number, of when they collected two weeks ago. The phone is now somewhere in limbo. This is by far the worst experience and service i have ever received from any company. Can't wait for this to resolve, hopefully within the next year, seeing they can't sort simple things out, so i can move to a different company. Pathetic. Both Cell C and Ram couriers.
If ever in your life you want to experience non existent client service, deal with Westvaal Nelspruit Isuzu and Isuzu South Africa. It's absolutely SHOCKING. Westvaal wrongly "repaired" my vehicle(they didn't spend time allocating the initial problem because of lack of service), and it's been back with them for a week today. Nothing has been done to the vehicle. They don't contact clients, no follow up's, and they now treat me like I'm the person in the wrong. Took up the matter with Isuzu South African, even worse. A mistake i made, was taking my Isuzu, to an Isuzu outlet in Westvaal Nelspruit. Absolutely pathetic, shocking service. I'm now at a point where i have to either buy a new car, or rent a car, because they simply don't work on my vehicle. It's an absolute mess. So if that's the service you want, deal with them. I kniw service delivery in South Africa is useless, but these two companies have made that look like child's play.
If ever in your life you want non existent service, ask Isuzu South African to assist you, with an error one of their outlets made. Absolutely shocking, pathetic and slow. No response to emails, phone call follow ups are not done. Biggest mistake I've ever made, was taking my vehicle to Westvaal Nelspruit Isuzu to get repaired. I've never in my life came across such pathetic service, ever. And the best thing is, they get away with service like this.
I took my vehicle, a 2006 Isuzu KB 300 to Westvaal Isuzu in nelspruit for hard starting. Prior to this, I spent almost R60 000 to "fix" my car with various mechanics, and I've had enough. I thought, let me take it to isuzu themselves, and get the car fixed once and for all. Made a booking on a Thursday, drove all the way to them on the Friday from my home in Marloth park. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, nothing happened. No phone calls from them, no email, no communication. So I called in to hear, they then started scrambling and started working on the vehicle. Didi all the repairs in one day, so I went to collect the car. Exact same mechanical problem as before. I have to commend Jannie, the dealer principal though. He was/is on the ball. As for the rest of the people who works there, absolutely pathetic. Also seems like mechanics outside of the Isuzu world, knows more about bakkies than Isuzu themselves, because they cannot fix my car. I phoned on a Monday, for them to come and collect my vehicle from me and fix it, no communication. I had to phone in again and arrange, still no communication. I'm still sitting with a vehicle that does not work properly, and still has the exact same issue. If this is how Isuzu in general treats clients, and does half work on vehicles, I dread the day they cause major damages to a vehicle. Absolutely SHOCKED at this service level from Isuzu Westvaal.
Thanks to Garreth from Carbon Black Auto for selling me an amazing vehicle in a record time. The most hassle free service i have ever received from any car dealership in SA. Your service and my family's experience was nothing short of world class. You guys are in a different league.
<p>Me and my wife rented a place from Rawson 2 years back. Lovely place i may add. We decided to buy a place after 2 years as family grew bigger and approached the owner. He did not want to sell at the time so we went house shopping. We got a place, gave 2 months notice and then the problems started. We broke contract by a month as we needed to move into new house. A lady by the name of Erika from the Moreleta branch was assisting us. The most unhelpfull, rude, misareble woman i have ever met in my life. Rude to my wife, rude to me. She informed us that we will not be getting our deposit back and because of their patheticness of not getting new tenants, are loable for the next months rent as well. I will be contacting lawyers to assist, but the way this waa handled as if we are children, are unacceptable. I will advise anyone to not use them, and as a matter of fact, i hope the whole rawson business fail if they treat people like this. Never has my wife been scared to contact people because of sheer humanity incompatance. Erika, i hope you read this personally and hope that the whole southern africa reads this as well. Pathetic service from you and the way you spoke to my wife and myself, disgusting.</p>
