Not following instruction, always them way with no explanation and then.. withdraw
<p>First, they were suggested by friends, never showed any empathy even was a family case involving the life and wellbeing of a 7th years old little girl.</p> <p>When they were given an instruction (about sending an email to the other party, or about open or close a case) they never gave feedback and they always took them own road, no explanation, and no results obtained.</p> <p><br />We asked to push for be able to go on holiday overseas with the family (after 4 years attempts and after 4 years that judges and social worker agree with the strategy)</p> <p>Answer from them: its a luxury you wont get it, then they send a letter which it was a clear attempt to receive a no as an answer from the other party, and so it was.</p> <p>Result: Clearly spending Christmas as a family was a luxury that we couldnt live so we had to be apart with Father and Daughter in a country and Mother and Son in another one.</p> <p><br />We asked to push for close a baseless case in Children Court</p> <p>Answer: let's wait</p> <p>Result: we are still waiting after 2 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>We asked for organize a meeting for settlement after the other part ask for it</p> <p>Answer: they wont settle lets not waste our time</p> <p>Result: after 3 months they decide to call a meeting for settlement when they decide it was time, meeting never happened and waste of time in other things asked to be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>They offer to assist in a case where we just witness and convinced us that we need assistance.</p> <p>Then on the last minute, decided to dont show up cause you dont need it. (what the hat?)</p> <p><br />We asked to send a letter to the other party to allow Father and Daughter to be again together Mother and Son that cant come back in the country after the judge in children's court witness the biological mother to agree</p> <p>Answer: we wait to see the other party's lawyer</p> <p>Result: meeting never happen, holidays gone AND THEY DECIDE TO WITHDRAW THE CASE because we sent the letter anyway after 2 weeks to the other party and in them opinion "our conduct was unacceptable"</p> <p><br />After all, you didnt do, our conduct is unacceptable and you just pull out?!?!</p> <p>what kind of person do this?</p> <p><br />oh sure, after another case was won by them about a businesses matter and they got paid by the other party cause we were right they probably made enough money out of us and they then decide to withdraw (this is just my assumption since after the unilateral decision to withdraw they never answer again and they refuse a meeting for clarifying anything)</p> <p><br />They have a law society recognition on them wall,</p> <p>I think its time that they put it behind the couch cause them conduct and ethic is disgusting.</p> <p>They just show them cowardice not even replying and take responsibility for them action.</p> <p><br />They know that this will cause further delay for this 7 years little girl to be able to have a normal life, without intervention, and court, and police at her door constantly but they do care? of course not, they get paid and they go back to them luxuries and them nice dreams.</p> <p><br />I hope all the best for everyone but just don't go to them if you need a lawyer, they just do what they think is right for them, nothing else matters.</p>

worst experience ever
<p>I dont suggest this to anybody,<br />Worst customer service EVER.</p> <p>Nobody deserves to be treated, from the owner like they only care about the money and not at all about the service and keep a client.</p> <p>I spend R1200 for one day rent and when we couldn't use the service I asked, as usual, to be able to use it another day, after paying, of course, the deposit.<br />The answer was the deposit was the all amount!</p> <p>I didn't receive an invoice, no confirmation of anything. I paid because was a Xmas gift and they give me only the bank details.<br />They never give me my voucher.<br />They tell me to read the website!! In which there is no mention of a deposit.<br />They did not educate me on any policy of theirs.<br />As someone purchasing a xmas gift, you didn't think about ask many question. Even under those circumstances, they told me that they are keeping my money and there's nothing they can do for me.</p> <p>I also spoke to the government about getting help and they were going to cost me another 1000 Rand because IT IS ILLEGAL WHAT THEY DID!!<br />but if I had to get my money back, I'll only be getting 200 rand and I leave it, they want to work with people.. good luck to them!</p> <p>I would not recommend this to anyone.<br />They only deserve to be treated as they treat they customer and this kind of people really shouldnt be out there make business.</p> <p>Good luck to anybody decide to go to them and hope for you that you never have any problem because if you do, they keep the money and dont give you back anything.</p> <p>In my country we call them thieves and crooks.</p> <p> </p>

Wrong advice, dishonest, no ethical
<p>This was the first of no good experiences with lawyers but Parker Attorneys are definitely the worst.</p> <p>First, he give a wong advice which lead us to stay in court for years, so he can milk us to the bones,</p> <p>then he charge us ridiculous rates that should be and might be investigated by the Law Society at some point,</p> <p>and finally, he most probably makes disappear from court official documentation so our next lawyer will never get it right and we will have to start form over.</p> <p>All of this on the shoulder of a little girl life.</p> <p>This man is disgusting and is not about how the lawyer must be for make them money, it's just completely unethical and disgusting,</p> <p>Stay away from this one.</p>
