Disappointing Service Experience – Not Recommended
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Mr Tyler Viviers and Riyaaz Parker. My process began in January 2025, and from the outset, the experience has been frustrating. From day one, I should have realised the service would be substandard, Tyler never contacted me, and I had to reach out to him just to get things started. Communication has been extremely poor throughout. There were no updates or apologies for delays, even after Tyler admitted they were experiencing server issues. The last communication I received was in May 2025, and that was only after I followed up multiple times. Now, in July, I’ve suddenly received four additional invoices and a request for a further R6,000 before any progress can be made. What’s most upsetting is that I had already provided all the necessary contact details and the address I had sourced myself. I strongly advise against using their services. I am now in a worse financial position than before and truly believe I could have resolved the matter on my own.

Arrogant, *********** and a complete waste of time and money.
If I could give zero stars I would have. I was lumped with Parker Attorneys through Legal Wise, and from the outset it was an awful experience. It started with Salmah Sulliman, an attorney with a whole 2 years' work experience, who paraded herself around the boardroom like she was some hotshot lawyer from New York. She rolled her eyes, spoke about how she had recently "won a case just like this," and yet when it came to the submission to Legal Wise, she literally got 100% of the facts incorrect. It was a paint-by-numbers. All she had to do was record what I said, and regurgitate it back. This is candidate attorney-level work. But she *****ed it up completely. I probably should have known this would be the case seeing as she didn't even bother to bring in a pen and paper. Her lofty, arrogant attitude cost me my appeal at Legal Wise. When Legal Wise sent me a copy of her assessment it was all the proof I needed to confirm my suspicions. She managed to get 100% of the facts incorrect and entirely misrepresent me. Either it was gross incompetence, or it was negligence as a means to get me out of her hair, but either way, she single handedly cost me my appeal, and did so with the worst attitude. Such a simple task. I hope this brings her down a peg or two, but judging by her attitude, I doubt it. Her boss Riyaaz Parker was not much better. After asking time and time again for a copy of Salmah's appeal so that I could address it head on with Legal Wise, I was simply ignored. I can only guess that he must've been so embarrassed by her submission, that he didn't want to share it with me. He clearly decided to take the old "head in the sand" approach. Great example of leadership. It explains a bit about Salmah's attitude. The service was useless, their attitudes stink and I am just so glad to be able to share with everyone their third 1-star review in a row. Keep well away from these people at all costs. You're better off doing it yourself!

Parker Attorneys useless Scorpion Legal disappointing
Yeses where to begin working on my case over 3 years nothing to show but false feedback. I hand them addresses , information needed to locate defendant 1st year change of attorney nothing done on my case 2nd year give them info to get hold of defendant they dont they say closed down 3 year give them new info on where how and even hand deliver quotes to them nothing maybe waiting for the other party to disappear from the face of the earth before I would actually get any response Some please help me understand why Scorpion Legal works with such incompetent Parker Attorneys Cape Town and it's not small damage to my car total right off and people drag they feet what if they were in my shoes some1 please HELP do I continue paying Scorpion Legal who clearly make use of useless Attorneys to assist clients

Wrong advice, dishonest, no ethical
<p>This was the first of no good experiences with lawyers but Parker Attorneys are definitely the worst.</p> <p>First, he give a wong advice which lead us to stay in court for years, so he can milk us to the bones,</p> <p>then he charge us ridiculous rates that should be and might be investigated by the Law Society at some point,</p> <p>and finally, he most probably makes disappear from court official documentation so our next lawyer will never get it right and we will have to start form over.</p> <p>All of this on the shoulder of a little girl life.</p> <p>This man is disgusting and is not about how the lawyer must be for make them money, it's just completely unethical and disgusting,</p> <p>Stay away from this one.</p>
