Today I was at a shoe raffle when my number was called out Carl Johnson said I was to late when I walked up to him and he shoved me away from the door and turned his back on me saying he is not repeating himself .after that I called the store manager and he as well gave me very bad service customer if you want good service purchase at Shelflife and stay away from Jack Lemkus .don’t waste your time and money buying from people who doesn’t respect and value their customers because without customers they don’t have a store to run am I right or wrong . # do not buy from Jack Lemkus
Ref number : mrrn-z8wke-aeg8 Order number:106055040 I had to return my phone to takealot due to technical issues. I am without a phone at the moment. I am emailing from my friends email address. I bought a Samsung A32 Awesome Blue Dualsim Model from takealot in June. The phone was working quite fine until recently the LCD stopped working. I had to return the phone at a Montague takealot pickup point. The male receptionist gave me absolutely the worst service possible. I waited for a couple of days for a simple response from takealot as to what's happening with my device. I've been waiting for TWO WEEKS for my refund. I kept calling into customer service I was placed on hold for more than an hour. Finally an agent received my call an assured me that I will receive my refund through my bank account. Today I received an email stating that they declined my request for a refund. DONT EVER BUY FROM TAKEALOT.
Signing up on Hollard, clientele , legal wise, Scorpion, and legal aid. Is a waste of your time and money. My wife and I received the worst service possible
The after service I have received via Samsung are pathetic they don't deliver as they said they would ,they don't follow up regarding customer's needs and as bad the state of country is in right now Samsung will just become worse. #Dont buy Samsung products #LG definitely delivers
Good day, My name is Peter Turner. I have been an Samsung user since the first (Smart Phone) Samsung Galaxy I9000 ,up Samsung Note 20 Ultra the services I've been getting from Samsung are pathetic . When service providers run deals with Samsung with free gadgets such as Wireless buds or Samsung Tv's,if so I always opt in to purchase their premium devices . But the catch during the promotional dates i have followed their procedure by uploading my proof of purchase and relevant information to claim my free gift.
