i orderd seeds and after a few days i received a mail to say my order is ready to be collected, i drove to the collection office for almost 30minutes just to come a office that was closed, i tried calling the number on the email, it gave me a few options to choose, , not one of the options was answered !! i tried probably 20 times !! still nothing !
my experience was fantastic, very professional,Nick Mbuzwana was great in assisting me to make my discission to take the cover easier
Paint was received quickly,, I needed a smaller order afterwards, and even if they didn't do smaller ones, they made a plan for me and the product is great!
<p>I reported my dead line on the 3rd of July, i called after 5 days and the agent says, they still testing the line, really !! i escalated because i cant work from home, 7 days later and now only a technician has beed assigned, now i'll probably wait 5 more days till he contacts me ..ridiculous !</p>
<p>i received an order that was not exactly what i ordered so i mailed Runway to complain, but Nicci in the communication dept, came back to me so quick and she was constantly following up and kept me in the loop as to where they are with my issue, the problem was witht he warehouse and it was sorted out soon.</p>
