I have sent numerous e-mails and tried to phone, with no success. We had 2 flight tickets booked and paid and was cancelled due to Covid 19. I am not getting any response from Kulula.
We had flight tickets for April 2020, but was cancelled due to Covid-19. I have been trying to phone and e-mail Kulula to re-book the tickets with no luck. I have been holding on for hours on their telephone line and e-mails get a automated response. What more can I do to get a response from them for my already paid tickets????

<p>The KFC branches in Sasolburg and Vanderbijlpark does not seem to know what customer service means.</p> <p>Apart from unfriendly, unhelpful staff, orders take over 40 min. Drive thru speakers are almost always out of order. After phoning the cutomer care line several times, there seems to be no improvement. I will not be supporting these KFC branches any longer.</p>
