I would like to review the services I got from Stratum. The person I would like to single out is Sharon Tommy. This lady was an angel sent by God! Thank you so much Sharon! Not only did she treat me with the utmost kindness, she also kept me informed by calling me regularly. I highly recommend Stratum! I have only had good experiences with them and now especially from Sharon! God bless you! Kind regards!
I have been struggeling to get a wireless phone now for 8 weeks! i have been into the tygervalley shop and spoke to Ramona twice. She gave me a ref nr that does not seem to exist 4107404. I have been put through from one line to the other on numerous times!!!!! i am still paying for a line that has been cut in middle of may! what must a person do to get freaken service from Telkom!!!!! nobody knows what they are doing!!!!!! im driving my petrol out back and forth and get nowhere!!!!! this is rediculous!!!!!! please call me 0726045691
These peopl are rude and do not reply to whatsap messages on their groups and when they do reply they tell you "mxm" and" i do not care now" what kind of business hire staff like that that speak to potential clients in such a way? Nkosi Masiza is the person that speaks like that to me. i was so disgusted!!!!! if this is how they treat potential clients i do not even want to know how they treat you once the debit order is signed! pathetic!
We signed a contract for a 4 meg line and we rarely get even 2 meg. Nobody at the tygervalley branch told us that we cannot have a 4 meg line with uncapped internet here. I have a call recorded where Alex from Openserve who told me this afternoon that we are too far from the exchange in Durban road. How come nobody told me this when we took the contract out????? Now they want us to pay all kinds of penalties if we want to cancel this contract. This it fraudulent representation!!!! Where can i go is there a kind of ombudsman or something because we do not want this nonsense slow internet and we want uncapped!!!! I am so fed up with telkom!!! you cannot see a manager anywhere. you have to talk to faceless people or people at branches that lies to you and tell you bull**** just to sell you stuff. Now i see it is "UP TO" 4 meg and 2 meg in small on their adverts. Nobody even explains that to a person!!! we the public knows nothing about up to 2 meg and 4 meg!!!! the q's the two times i was there of people complaining about the same stuff is miles long!!! do you people have no shame to be so dishonest and misrepresent stuff to the public who trust you to render a proper service????? you have no self respect????and when you try to find the person's name who worked that gave you the false info they do not want to help you!!!! they all dishonest and covering up for each other. Do you tell your staff to withhold information and lie????? at least be honest with the client and explain to them they are not going to get what they applying for!!!!!! more than one person already from telkom told me we will never have a 4 meg speed here! why did nobody tell me????? whey do the shops not even have a landline or tel where you can call them??? its because you know you are dishonest and u cant face the people that take out contracts with you in good faith!!!! you know you are cheating us!!! that's why you are not man enough to even speak to us!!! we did not even receive a contract or anything the day we walked out of the store and when i started to inquire about the service they could not find our application! then we went to okovango and they are even more useless there! Nobody seems to even want to help you! my tel nr is ********** 691 or ********** 211. Can sombody please tell me where to go to resolve this????
