Perfect Health Vredenburg has ********* and dishonest business practices.
Stay away from the Vredenburg Gym. They will try to ***** your hard earned money by charging you 1000's after years of no communication. Trying to get issues resolved is impossible so don't even try.

NO COMMUNICATION FROM HEAD OFFICE
I have sent through emails to the suggested email addresses the friendly staff at Soneike Perfect Health suggested to me to resolve an issue or ask a few questions and still till today after two weeks have had no response.

worst service in Africa
If I could make it 0 stars I would as even 1 star is one too many! perfect health deducted a levy fee as well as the normal monthly subscription from me twice in one month (June) which amounted to R858- the levy fee was reimbursed to me but the monthly subscription has not been, they deducted again for the month of July so. I have been going back and fro with them since June, its now August- the manager Andre does not reply to emails nor does he attempt to sort this out as well as his employees they are( sorry to say) very incompetent, i am being told that i will be contacted but absolutely NO ONE does, i have to contact them and waste my money on air time to call these people.

These peopl are rude and do not reply to whatsap messages on their groups and when they do reply they tell you "mxm" and" i do not care now" what kind of business hire staff like that that speak to potential clients in such a way? Nkosi Masiza is the person that speaks like that to me. i was so disgusted!!!!! if this is how they treat potential clients i do not even want to know how they treat you once the debit order is signed! pathetic!

Perfect Health did not stop my debit order for the last 6 years
I signed a contract with Perfect Health in Stellenbosch in 2011 for the duration of a year. They contacted me this week stating that I owe them R995. My contract ended 6 years ago. I live abroad and do not use my bank account anymore. I checked my statements and realize Perfect health has been deducting money for the past six years.

Perfect Health did not stop my debit order for the last 6 years
I signed a contract with Perfect Health in Stellenbosch in 2011 for the duration of a year. They contacted me this week stating that I owe them R995. My contract ended 6 years ago. I live abroad and do not use my bank account anymore. I checked my statements and realize Perfect health has been deducting money for the past six years.

Bribing me with specials and how glorified their gym are finally I gave in and after the \hidden costs"that \""they never mentioned over the phone\"" only before you have to sign your contract. One of the \""hidden costs\"" is and extra deduction for repairing broken gym equipment. They do have some solid workout stations on the floor but their bikes"
