Claim declined without proper assessment. I Have followed the claim outcome steps but they are ignoring me. It's been 19 days of escalations and empty promises. They deduct money from me every month but cannot answer or assist me. Please think twice before using this company!
Stay away from the Vredenburg Gym. They will try to ***** your hard earned money by charging you 1000's after years of no communication. Trying to get issues resolved is impossible so don't even try.

I visited the store early last week, urgently needing a black suit for an important event on 08/11/2024. While the store had my pants size, they didn’t have the jacket. The staff assured me that if I paid an R50 courier fee, the jacket would arrive by Monday (today) at the latest—giving me enough time to prepare. They knew how crucial this event is, and I trusted their word. However, despite multiple follow-up calls, I have only received excuses and zero clarity on when the jacket will actually arrive. The store couldn’t even offer a concrete delivery date, let alone any alternative solutions like online ordering. This lack of accountability is unprofessional and unacceptable. I need this jacket immediately to have it tailored before my event. I hope Markham’s head office sees this and takes action to resolve the matter, as my patience has run thin. Markham’s, this is not the level of service I expected, and I’m deeply disappointed.
Not happy at all!!! I have received poor service on 3 separate occasions. 1st time I booked the vehicle in for a check but they did a poor job. They gave me incorrect information that could have costed me thousands and did not even identify all problems. The 2nd time is after taking the vehicle back for a power steering pump replacement they accidently cut a wire and the car had to stay overnight(this was yesterday). 3rd time was today when I picked my vehicle up after repairs I almost had a accident because the power steering was not functioning properly. This means that my vehicle has been with with EC Motors Uitenhage since Thursday and will stay there the weekend making at a full 5 days... Staff is friendly but that does not make up for the bad experiences. We pay more money to get vehicles fixed at EC motors because we expect professional an top class service. This fault could have harmed me and my family! I would not recommend the Uitenhage branch and will rather travel to one of the PE branches in the future
