If I was able to give them a zero rating,then I would. We have been waiting for our shipment for FIVE months. I phoned numerous times,and every time they promised it will be delivered the following week. Our shipment arrived in SA 2nd April,and has been at Johannesburg depot for weeks. Finally someone named Sarah phonee be back last week, saying we will receive our boxes on the 22nd of June between 9 and 6. I also received amd email,and when I log onto my account and tracked it, it stated "delivery 22 june ....". My husband drove more than 2 hours to be at the adress that our boxes must be delivered to but....nothing. I am beyond frustrated and angry. I am completely dissappionted! I haven't received such a pathetic service in a long time. I really don't reccommend using SevenSeas, rather pay more and actually receive your shipment !
I am SO tired of fnb. My mother have signing rights on my account as I live abroad. I need a new credit card, and they told my mom she can not apply for a new one, I have to email fnbcard@fnb.co.za. I have been emailing for the past weeks but NO response. HOW do one go about getting a new card, if fnb is not assisting or doing anything from their side.
I am having SO much trouble with wesbank. I had vechicle finance with them, and settled my account. I transferred way too much money. I send numerous emails, without any assistance. They seem useless, as they keep asking me for proof of payment, which I explained to them- I transferred the money from my FNB account and did NOT make a payment. Therefore I can not get a pdf proof of payment. How do one go about getting your money back...
I signed a contract with Perfect Health in Stellenbosch in 2011 for the duration of a year. They contacted me this week stating that I owe them R995. My contract ended 6 years ago. I live abroad and do not use my bank account anymore. I checked my statements and realize Perfect health has been deducting money for the past six years.
I have a vodacom contract that expired in June 2017. I live overseas and therefor i tried to cancel my contract since June... I phoned about 4 times, I have send more than ten emails(yes to the correct email adress)My mother went to vodacom numerous times. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a vodacom account. Seems like i need to change banks in order for them to not deduct money. I feel that this is pathetic,but what can one expect. NO ONE REPLIES,NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE... my number is ********** 037
