This is my 2nd booking with Vacayvibez. When I contacted them i didn’t have an exact destination and i just wanted to get away. Thurraya helped me patiently by sending me as many options as possible and I finally found what i wanted within my budget.
I saw VacayVibez on the FB TimeShare group and was obviously skeptical handing over money to a company via whatsapp. Waseem however made the experience comfortable by sending his company documents to prove the business' legitimacy. Serisha and Waseem were able to assist with a last minute booking and within my budget. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.
Vodacom issued a final letter of demand and yet i am a prepaid customer. For weeks i have been trying to get this resolved with no success. It has gotten to a point where my number has been temporarily blocked from calling vodacom as i have made numerous calls to try and get the matter resolved.
I have been on vodacom pre-paid for almost one and half years after deciding not to renew my contract. I was surprised to receive a final letter of demand from Vodacom indicating my "account" has been taken to legal. I have since recived appalling service in trying to resolve this. Everytime i call the legal number i get routed to "customer care (what a joke of a department) because my number does not register as owing on the vodacom system. The few times i have been successfully transferred to collections department, i have received the same promise of "we will send you a letter" confirming account is not in arrears, but this letter never comes. I have made so many calls to vodacom to try and resolve this that my number is currently blocked from contacting vodacom. In all my efforts i would be very ****ed if i end up being blacklisted for an account i do not owe. The level of service i have since received from vodacom is appalling to say the least.. and yet everyday they spam me with covid messages instead of resolving my problem.
<p>i am on a prepaid arrangement with DSTV but every month i get harassed by Shapiro Shaik embiciles, from smses, calls at odd hours for money i supposedy owe DSTV. funny thing is my DSTV account is actually in credit and now Shapiro SHaik have gone so far as to follow up on my monthly DSTV payment before they are due. to make matters worse these call centre people are rude and do not have the slightest idea on how to deal with people. i have now resolved to cancel my DSTV account if it means the harrasment will stop and will also make a formal complaint against Shapiro Shaik. </p>
