Good day CEO ( it must reach the ceo of telkom) Hope all is well with you. i guess i must just call your company ,the company that lacks empathy and very unprofessional. i will just start . March 2023 i decided to spoil myself with telkom package ultimate max that looked very good(from outside) only to find out that i have a joined a nightmare. The first month before even 10 days the phone was not working package blocked due to credit limit which i don't understand how because i only joined telkom a week ago and i am on the max package didn't even use the phone that much. kindly tell me why? then decided to go to the northgate branch where i was told the consultant made a mistake and he didn't tell his boss (for what reason i don't know but something to do with *****ing me with more sales and packages since he was living the branch. They couldn't resolve my problem after a week ( which i was going there every second day ) (i lost a lot of business since i was not at work while i was fixing this problem ) i need to be reimbursed for my time and business lost. SUMMARY OF YOUR STAFF MEMBERS QUALITIES. perfunctory piece of work wrong service careless piece of work lousy service nasty piece of work slipshod piece of work awful service bad business *******ed service ****py service dangerous service disastrous service epic fail evil fradulent help faulty service Whack work harmful help AND LASTLY hellish service Any way back to business. Again, the contract was R1126 first month after using the phone for a week received an invoice for R2000 telkom is a joke or the billing team is inexperienced. which i made numerous calls being transfer from one call to another funny enough your phone was not working as well.(i also want my +100 mins airtime reimbursed and my time and also listen to the unprofessional stuff you have . the two weeks later, with more than 10 references, the matter was temporarily resolved . only to find out after a month i will be billed R15000 for what i don't know now i became very sad a month-old contract with a phone that was used for two weeks in that month (inconveniencing me and my business has billed me that large amount for what ( i guess you charge people for inconveniencing them) what about my performance at work when i am emotionally down and dealing with this problem? (can you work after this nightmare ) second month i went back to the branch at northgate requesting them to assist me i was given a very bad attitude even told that i can go whenever i want to or report or complain ...is that the telkom standard? fast forward i went to the head office from northgate (which i used my personal petrol at the head office i meant a very cool gent and a lady which i believe they are head of billing believe me i spent the whole day there security guard couldn't even allow me in...after making numerous three hours calls while standing by the gate finally the billing managers allowed me to come in the emotional damage was too much i even cried as a Bigman as i am with kids crying for the problem that telkom put me through imagine for my own money. they assured me that they will sort me out and they can't take the phone at head office i must go back to ria the northgate manager yes, ria took the phone after numerous calls and complains to her the phone contract was cancelled which i asked for cancellation letter which i was not given and only sent me a screen shot . three weeks later which is today i received a message from the credit department that i am owing when i called they said they don't know why i was billed for a contract that is closed. I am done i don't want telkom in my life. Request that i have here : Kindly close my account and send me the confirmation of cancellation. I want all my money that i spent on airtime, my own vodacom one. Pay me for the 5 days of doing rounds up and down. My petrol for coming to your office . Also, for your security to make me stand on the sun for 3 hours (can you even stand on the sun for an hour?) no reception for your own millions of customers. And lastly for playing with my emotion with your *********** unprofessional staff. i purchased a bmw m3 at vw merlrose arch 08 august 2019 car was sold to me by storm after taking the delivery of the car the car had a missing water light spay cover missing which he advised that it was missing from bmw sandton (wich bmw sandton agreed to fix it) after the q/a well from the there results of the q/a of the vehicle had windscreen was not good for use (mind you i was only sent this one page out of the full report of the vehicle from bmw sandton)which i then requested him(storm) to fix it and a tow hook and inner panels for front fender which he agreed that he will fix it in no time ..i requested him to deliver the car with the quality report check from bmw which he didn't ..well from there he delivered the car to me and the car after taking delivery of it the first time when i was driving it ..it started loosing power and vibrating then immediately took the car in to them remember i only had the car for like 2 days + ever since i took it back i have been dealing with him(storm ) bradley and vleis which is the dealer there i have been waiting for three weeks without the car was advised that it was sent to sandton for repairs which again it took years and years for them to authorize the car to be fixed which i then decided to visit them in their branch so that they can give bmw authorization mind you each and everyday i am follow up with them no one is calling me (but when i went there within 2 mins everything was sealed and authorization was given) and i have been struggling with transport since they took my only car that i bought for use so literally i bought a car and had it for like two days and i am paying for something that i am not using and it is so inconvenience for the last three weeks how long does it take for a dealer to fix so all i want is too terminate this contract since i didn't even had the car for two days ..i have sent emails and millions of what sap messages and calls can you help me get my car back or terminate my contract today i requested them to give me another car that i can use while they are busy with my car they advised that they dont have anything i mean how dare they sold me **** the next thing they dont even fix it i am spending a lot of money paying installment on a car that i dont even have can you help resolve this matter actually everyone knows me in the whole department...so all i want is my car fixed or contract terminated since theres always new stories everyday pushing the days i will be happy if you can resolve my problem and attend to it as a matter of urgent
They a Re the worst people to work with first they are not approved to build bodys they will ta Ke ten ye Ars to build just a body they are not trustworthy they lie the workshop is so dirty you will find your truck parts missing.... Trust me you just dont want to work with people like them
