We Purchased a Mercedes Benz Diagnostics Laptop from Complete Motor Diagnostics (CMD), the person who assisted us was Marius 072 274 9978, we paid for the Machine on 5 October 2021, we received the Machine on 1 September, since we received the Machine until today the Machine was not in a working condition. We queried with Marius that the Machine was not in working condition the day after it was received, in other words the 2nd of Sept 2021. The machine went back to CMD more than 5 times for repairs, we were liable to pay the courier charges, address used for courier purposes, No29 Bloem street, Riebeek Kasteel, Western Cape 7307, first of all it was the hard drive that was defective, then Software, then the Multiplexer, we purchased the machine for R 19,800.0 Marius said that he can't help us because he is only the 3rd man in the transaction, however the money was paid to CMD. We then sent the machine to another supplier seeing that Marius refused to refund us for a machine that was not working at all, Our supplier came back to tell us that the Machine was the cheapest **** that he has ever seen and that he can't even assist us with parts to fix the machine, after that we contacted Marius again, and then all of the sudden he said that we could have claimed it as a warranty but because we used another supplier he can't assist us anymore, that after he told us that he can't help us at all, and its our own loss. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I tried phoning him and he just ignored my calls. I hope and pray that no one else will make the stupid decision as we did in ordering ANYTHING from Marius @ CMD, this was a dailight robbery and fraudulent business, I don't even have the words to describe the bad customer service and how disappointed I am in this Supplier, to be honest I can't even believe that this is a registered business, if you ask me its R 5.00 machines the sell for 19K, and then they just rob you, easy money!!! I threatened to write a review, and Marius made it clear that he does not care, I can do whatever I want too. I hope I encourage all customers with the same experience to speak up, and to avoid ever purchasing or referring anyone to CMD, not even your worst enemy!!! 9 Months + without a working machine, I basically received junk for a huge amount of money.
Good day, we decided to do business with Silverstone Crushers in February 2018. they work on a 60 day account. if you submit your invoices for the month end of the month they promised that you will get paid over 60 days. we got our Feb invoices paid late. we did not receive full payment for March or April. and our May invoices was submitted on top of that today. if I can advise anyone not to do business with them I would do so. the owner keeps on making promises to make payment every second day, but they have excuses every day. Please do not fall for this. we did some transport work for them, and use our cash flow to purchase diesel, and for maintenance, now we are struggling to pay our own debt, and the company is just going on as per normal. we are not the only people that did not get paid for the services we rendered, apparently all contractors are struggling with their payment.
<p>On 11th July, I applied for a new cellphone contract with the Samsung Galaxy S8 + Gold.</p> <p>With the fact that I was away, I requested a delay in delivery.</p> <p>Deduction of funds took place on 15th July to ensure sufficient funds for the contract.</p> <p>On 25th July they came to do the delivery & instead of the S8+, they delivered a A7 Tablet.</p> <p>I rejected the entire delivery & did not sign for anything. Once the driver left, I contacted the call centre to advise them of the mistake.</p> <p>They advised that a mistake was made & that a new cellphone would be delivered by Friday 28th July.</p> <p>I made a follow up call on the 27th July & was told that on the system, it indicated that the cellphone was received. They then also confirmed again that this was an error & they would rectify the problem & get the phone delivered within 2-3 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since made another phonecall to follow up on the progress & was told that nothing has been done as yet.</p>
<p>I am so unhappy with the service I've received from Cell C Call Center and Cell C Rustenburg waterfall Mall. I had a cellphone contract with Cell C about 4 years ago my Cellphone went in for repairs, and it is still at the waterfall mall, I never received it back. I spoke to Lenn they manager and to many other people. apparently my cellphone's battery and back cover got stolet at their shop, they would have replaced my cell phone, and until today I have not received any feedback from them. take note that the phone was still under warrenty when it went in for repairs, and I still had to pay of a year and 2 months on my contract, I used my Sim Card in another phone. so I basically paid of a contract without having the cellphone. the phone is still with them. in the meanwhile I took out three other contracts with Cell C, one of which I cancelled the contract due to bad service, and went over to Vodacom, I have to other running contracts with Cell C. Yesterday I phoned the call center to get some feedback regarding a migration query I had on the 26th of June 2017, and the Call Center lady was so rude to me, I evern started swearing over the phone, she pushed me behond the level where I just could not control my tone of voice anymore. usually I am very cool and calm, but I had no control yesterday. she asked me questions like: what was the exact amount that we debited off your account this mont? how the hell should I know if I have never ever received 1 single statement from them. I told her that it was roughly R 1200.00 and she said I should phone back when I have the correct answer. really?</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever take out or suggest anyone to take out any contract with Cell C ever. they have the worse service ever. as I said I have a phone in for repairs for 4 + years now. how is that for service? my other 2 contracts will end in July 2018, I will make sure to never ever take out anything from cell c ever again. they are the worse cellphone provider ever.</p> <p>4 years and still going.....</p> <p>and Please get bettter questions to ask when you do your confirmations telephonically.</p>
